I went here recently to establish a new eye doctor after moving to town. They got me in for an appointment pretty quick and were willing to work with my schedule. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 mins before being called back. I got Dr. Gossum and he was great. He took plenty of time to answer all my questions, and make sure he got my persecution just right and fitted me with some trial contacts. Order my lenses was easy. I just called in to the office and if you get a year supply they ship them to your home, other wise you can pick them up in store. They even had a mail in rebate for my brand so with insurance and rebate I paid only $ 95 for a years supply of Air Optics contacts. With insurance the actual appointment was about $ 89 (mostly the contact fitting fee, which isn’t covered)

I’m a sucker for technology, so I readily agreed to skip the puff of air in my eye and get the $ 40 Optomap retinal scan instead. Very cool to see the 3D images of my eyes and have Dr. Gaddie explain the results to me. He recommended prism in my lenses and then explained his reasoning. This was an extremely thorough exam by extremely friendly staff. No complaints when I asked if I could get my Phillipe Starck frames elsewhere and bring them in to get the lenses. I know many places that would have thrown a hissy fit about not selling the frames (at exorbitant prices). Not all eye exams are created equal. Good customer service is the difference.
