What a disappointing customer service experience this morning! Was told that they could enter my shipping label in manually at the other register. So I went to the other register and waited for 10 minutes, clearly visible to everyone in the store. When they finally got through waiting on their current customers they began waiting on other customers. I had only moved 7 feet away from where I originally was, with the same intentions! No one advised me any different that I was still in the wrong line. So the so-called customer service representatives who clearly knew my intentions walked past me to wait on other people and ignored me until I said something. This was after they were waiting on other customers who came in the store well after me. How hard would it have been to say, «Sir you need to be in the other line!» Then the lady had enough nerve to cop an attitude! Refraining from what I really want to say about the lady. If the location was not so convenient, would definitely be using another location and service!

No one at the station to answer questions. No signage indicating usage. Long wait at another station. Poor customer service. Staff seemed put out to answer questions and then machine didn’t function properly. No refund though I paid double because machine malfunctioned. Stood in line to talk about extra charge but was ignored and waited on someone else instead. Wasn’t worth my time so went ahead and just ate the extra charge to get out of this god forsaken location. Never coming to this one again.

Friendly service as soon as we walked in the door. Had to print off some resumés with a friend & the internet & printing service was immaculate. We just moved to the area so don’t have all of our belongings quite yet, thus the need for a printer. Everything went great, now on to the resumé submitting!

I stopped by this location to get a document scanned and had a good experience. I would say I was in and out in 10 minutes, which was great with my busy schedule. JoAnn offered to scan the document for me instead of having me go to one of their computers and do it myself. She didn’t have to, but she did. Thanks again, JoAnn!

I just left the store where I was verbally assaulted after asking Mario to print some documents. He told me I had formatted the documents wrong… I should have formatted them in the beginning and I needed to fix it. I said oh I thought that you would be able to do that …(since I was not familiar with his computer) As I started to look at the screen he asked why was I being mean to him? I asked him what? how was I being mean to him? He said I was giving attitude and I told him I was just asking him to do his job and asked to speak to someone else. He continued to berate me until I finally packed my things and left. I returned asking for the manager. He threw the business card at me and told me I would have to call tomorrow. I have never been treated so rudely at a store! Mario was completely out of line and unprofessional.
