Extra Space Storage

I had to find storage for a small apartment’s worth of furniture for a few months. I found Extra Space online, compared their rates, and made a reservation.
When I went in to check out the facility Stella, the Assistant Manager, was super helpful explaining everything. I really like that they offer month-​to-​month rentals without requiring a fixed period lease. The place looks secure, and you can drive right up to your storage unit in any size vehicle except a semi-​trailer. Also, the web price I got was significantly less money than other places I considered.
The customer service was fantastic, from first point of contact on their website, to visiting in person to sign the rental agreement, to follow up emails after signing.

I’m not rich! Just a regular Jill who was looking for a fast cheap storage unit within three days of moving out. Well I found a very affordable unit with no frills and it was fast! The people were really nice.
The Unit: smallest one available
The Price: $ 25 + a required $ 10 insurance fee. They will allow you to auto deduct but not required and I’m trying to figure a way out of the insurance fee. Maybe if you have your own insurance?
The Low Down: FAST. AFFORDABLE. FRIENDLY. NO 24 HR ACCESS.
The area is under construction, but its gated and looks safe enough. I’ve had no issues getting in or out. I’ve read mixed reviews about this company, but when I went the people were so nice and i mean NICE. They drove me to the unit in a cart (I’ve had three storage units and that’s never happened) and one woman walked me to the keypad for the gate to show me how to work it (she was so sweet I honestly didn’t want to tell her I knew how to do it). The unit fit everything I needed and it was real fast. I recommend this place.

Great customer service. Great and clean location. Very secure. I’m only renting for one month and was treated the same as a long term renter.
