Best haircut in Louisville. I tried Derby City Chop Shop, Nally’s, something like «Sports Cuts» when I moved here but Bill is as good as it gets. It is way out of my way but worth it cuz much more thorough and careful job than your normal barber shop. Really nice folk too. Never that busy. Right across the street from St. X. I think its $ 12 for a cut. Cash only. Plenty of parking.
