Every Burger King is slow. I’ve never been to a Burger King where I thought, wow, this is great service. However, I signed up for Unilocal expressly to review this BK. I pulled into the drive thru and was told that the computer was down, and that I’d have to come in. Fine. I park in the parking lot with one other car. Walk in, and there is one man at the register who had paid with a $ 50, and the one cash register that was open could not accommodate that amount of change, so the manager had to come up. The cashier yelled for the manager multiple times before he showed up and took his time checking the man’s bill, going to the back, and getting his change. Finally, he gets his change and food and leaves. My turn, right? NOPE. Justin, the«manager» proceeds to take an order from the drive thru. Well fuck me, Justin. I suppose you didn’t have to make me park and come in, wait for you to count out $ 40, just to wait again for you to take someone else’s order in the very fashion you refused to take mine.

So I am giving this location 4 stars because I have seen it go from disaster to appropriate over the course of the past couple months. I have also seen a huge decline in being pulled forward. This was an every trip occurrence for me a while back. This is «my» Burger King, meaning closest to my house and the one I most frequent. I love Burger Kings food, but what turns me off is the customer service. Used to make me never want to go, but like I said has gotten way better so Kudos to you guys!
