I was glad they had the option to select an appt online and I selected the earliest possible. This was a full week in advance. When I called to confirm my appt the day of I expected to be treated well. Instead the woman was extremely rude. I explained that I had requested an appt online and wanted to confirm that it had been received and processed. The woman who answered the phone spoke as if I was confused then rudely stated that the website doesn’t offer that option as «we can’t run a business that way,» she added in an annoyed voice that«all of our doctors are off for spring break». She was so offputting it made me wonder how rude the doctors must be as she is a reflection of them. When you go to a company site it is reasonable for people accessing that site to expect that the options and information is accurate. If you do not accept appt requests then simply deactivate that option. But to treat a customer as if they some how are responsible for this issue is ridiculous. Save your self unnecessary stress and steer clear of this practice.

Fantastic office, well organized and very knowledge. Consider me very pleased. Parking is easily available and the waiting area is quite nice. Very customer oriented office. Zouper quality of care.

This place is a joke. Instead of staggering there lunches they all leave at the same time. .now we are forced to wait at least 2 hrs. We had an appointment but that wasn’t worth the paper it was on. Was an hour late. This office thinks your time isn’t worth anything and there’s is all that counts..
