I have a deformed jaw and it causes a great deal of dental issues as a result. This dentist’s office has been a huge help in being flexible in the scheduling and going out of their way in an emergency.

Went in for a scheduled cleaning. Was told it would take 2 visits. One to scrape off the tartar and another visit to polish my teeth. This is what the dentist has been doing for 30 years to my teeth in one visit like everyone else. However, the dentist at Aspen said it was thier protocol and that the second visit wasn’t covered by insurance. When I asked a straight forward question about why it would take 2 visits and what exactly would be done, I was given a runaround vauge answer by the dentist. He talked to me from behind the chair and not once spoke to me face to face. He then suggested I was wasting his time. Aspen is clearly in business to charge as much as possible.
