EDIT: MYREVIEWDOESNOTDOTHISCOFFEESHOP/ROASTERY JUSTICE… read this review here please, please, please: My subpar review: Unilocal, I’m sorry, I wasn’t ignoring you. I was just taking a review hiatus. But no worries, I still go to you religiously to find all the hot spots! No hard feelings? Think we could try again? So what brought me back? Small. Batch. Coffee. In the most unassuming of all places. A coffee roastery in a music shop in a strip mall? Anyways I was in need of a tasty local iced coffee. So… Go go gadget Unilocal app. Sends me to a place called the Green Room*. But when I showed up, the address was right, the name was different. I was familiar with it though, Argo Sons supplies coffee all over town! So I went in. Funny little place, I had to double check the enormous Argo sign on the outside to make sure I was walking into a coffee shop since it shares the space with a music store! There was no mistaking it though once I showed up at the front glass doors. Inside the fishbowl glass were three or so guys clearly roasting some coffee. Check. Good job Unilocal. You never fail me. Upon entering I received some of the BESTCUSTOMERSERVICE in town. Every single roaster greeted me.(I was so taken aback by their friendliness that I’m not sure I even responded!) Then when I went to order my coffee the barista took my ashamed-to-say Starbucks mug, rinsed it out, AND put ice/water in it to cool down the inside! He filled up my mug with some pretty epic iced coffee and although I didn’t intend on it when I walked in, I picked out a medium roast for some cold brewed coffee at home(of course with some suggestions from the roasters). In the five minutes I was in the store these guys made me wish I lived next door to their roastery… Or had about 2 hours to kill sitting there chatting about life and coffee… Or we were best friends. I’ll take at least one out of the three please. Seriously, go. Sit. Play your guitar and have a coffee. Invite me to come too, it’ll be like you’re performing in a coffee shop! I won’t mind at all! *Note: I called the shop up after I left for clarification. Turns out that they moved into that space in January after Green Room(and they supplied the Green Room with coffee previously). They roast all of their coffee in that location… which in itself is pretty impressive! And they asked me to come back and visit. That’s a no brainer!
