Delicious food at this Applebee’s. Friendly waiter engaged us in conversation, remembered to fill our coffee cups and saw to our every need. Definitely a great place to go in this neighborhood.

Steak was either rancid or reeeeeallly old, which kept the cook from being able to show any pink in an Medium-​ordered steak. Friendly staff there didn’t make up for the meal.

Food was very tasty. Mozzarella sticks & brew pup pretzels were phenomenal. Quick food & beverages with friendly staff & immediately seated at around 6pm. 2 for $ 20 deal is great with a partner with an appetizer and 2 tasty entrees. Also had a delicious Oreo milkshake that had a generous amount of Oreos added to it. Nice surprise. Thomas our waiter earned a great tip. Highly recommend

I read the three reviews and i almost selected a different place to eat.
I can honestly say the service was very good and our food selection was good. I would go back the next time I am in town. We even got a visit from the manager checking to see if everything was to our satisfaction

Bought the 4 cheese and honey pepper chicken. Ask for extra sauce. This was Togo. Got to my room. No bread was in there. No fork. No extra sauce. No one greeted me. Stood at door for 7 minutes before someone came over. Very poor customer service

Service was crap today. Seems like the kitchen was imploding so everyone was in a bad mood, including the manager who we briefly spoke with about the delays and such that we encountered.
The food was good enough once we finally got food, but the manager didn’t charge us for the meal because we complained.
Probably not going back here again. Seemed unprofessional.

We arrived and were sat immediately. It took around 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. The waiter, Robert, took our order and drink order. It was another ten minutes or so before we received drinks. The wait for food wasn’t too long. Our food came separately and my two year old’s plate was super hot (no-​no). The food was mediocre. But it is Applebee’s so I wasn’t surprised. Two stars because the service was not good at all.

Got meals before appetizers, waited over 30 minutes for drink refills, cold food, spilled drinks on us, bad and slow service. Not worth the wait or money. (and I swear they are playing radio Disney.)
