We were tired after a long drive and opted to eat out instead of grill out. Great service, cold beer, good pizza. We had a medium Trails End pizza with the banana and jalapeño on only half if it. I had some of both sides and found it tasty. I had the Amberbock draft served cold and delicious in a heavy glass as draft should be served. Not in a plastic cup. Our only complaint, Cia ordered a Bacardi and Coke but said it was flat tasting. We later overheard someone at the bar order a Jack and Pepsi. This was when it dawned on us why her drink was flat tasting. The drinks are called«Rum and Coke and Jack and Coke» for a reason.

For some reason, I always end up getting the appetizer sampler and then getting too full to eat anything else, but I am in LOVE with the appetizers. The poppers are delicious and I tell everyone that they need to try them. TRYTHEM. Can’t go wrong with the fried pickles, either. It’s really easy to let fried food get greasy, but every time I get something deep fried from here it’s always crisp and hot, not soggy. I don’t eat meat, so sometimes it’s hard for me to find a meal that’s not a salad, but Trail’s End has plenty of veggie pizza options and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them. The garlic Parmesan sauce is my favorite. I wouldn’t say their pizza is phenomenal, but it’s by no means bad. I’d say it’s fairly average for the price. Ordered pick-up a few times; I never have to wait long and the pizza is always still steaming from the oven. They have a pretty decent beer menu, too, for a smaller restaurant. The service is always really friendly and attentive, and the prices on everything are fair.

I’ve been here a handful of times now and have never been disappointed. I always order pizza. The Adventurer is by far my favorite specialty pizza on their menu. The crust is baked to a perfect crispiness and the toppings taste like top notch fresh ingredients. If you’re looking for the best pizza in the Loudonville/Mohican area, you can probably end your trail here. Great pizza! Great service!

Not great but not horrible. Pretty relaxed atmosphere. We were able to seat ourselves and our waiter was prompt. The food was just ok. Not really many options in the area. My husband ordered a burger and it was a bubba burger(Yuck!) Not what we were expecting. Although he did like the homemade onion rings. The kids and I had pizza again nothing overly exciting not a whole lot of Flavor and the price was a little steep. We did end up trying a dessert the s’mores pizza it was good probably the best part of the meal.

We stopped in after a couple hour drive to kick off a camping trip. We had the Mohican Sampler appetizer and two large pies – one pepperoni and the other cheese. The service was fast and friendly and the food was A-ok. I really enjoyed the Jalepeno poppers and my family devoured the rest of the appetizer, including the fried pickles. It wasn’t the best pizza I’ve had but it was good and the price of feeding six people was less than I thought it would have been. Good value.

We started with the Best of Mohican Sampler. The cheese sticks were average and the only thing that paired well with the red sauce. The onion rings and the jalapeño poppers were outstanding and the fried pickles were okay, but a bigger side of ranch for them would be nice. Might be a little pricy at $ 11 but a good way to start if you have a family. The first time I ate here I bought a plain pizza, pepperoni, mushroom and onion. It wasn’t great and I surmised that the specialty pizzas was where it’s at. So the second time I came I ordered a large specialty which runs $ 17 for 14″. I had them make it half and half between the Trails End and the Adventure. The first was trail bologna and Swiss cheese with honey mustard and the second half was pepperoni, mushroom, sausage, onion, banana peppers, green peppers, jalapeño peppers, black and green olives, and bacon. The Adventurer was nothing outstanding, pretty much your run of the mill supreme. I would eat the Trails End again, it was unique and good. 6″ specialty runs $ 7 and the 12″ $ 15 as of this writing. They have a number of toppings and you can make your own pizzas for $ 5, $ 10, and $ 11 plus .25, .50, .75 per topping respectively for the 6″, 12″, &14″ pizza. Soft drinks are $ 2 and reasonably priced at $ 1.50 for kids. Service was okay but not outstanding. Our drinks sat empty for awhile on a night that wasn’t busy and they forgot our kids cheese pizza until after they brought ours out, meaning they had to bake it and make the kids wait. The micro brew bottle list is pretty epic for the area.
