This Starbucks needs some help. They are extremely slow and typically don’t get orders correct. I visit Starbucks around the country, very regularly, and as a native from Seattle, I’ve definitely seen better. I recently ordered a drink with no foam and not only was there foam, there was an inch of space on the top… not impressed #starbucks

Generally meets all my expectations of this chain, they have reliable wifi and a very convenient off-​the-​freeway location so this is a frequent stop. They are also work-​friendly. When I must visit a Starbucks this is a good one.

I usually always have a good experience here ! Staff is normally super friendly and always ready to say good morning or ask how you are! So happy to have a Starbucks close to home.

I have to stop by here anytime I am leaving Albuquerque to drive home because I enjoy Starbucks, and need the caffeine fix. The team at this one is hit or miss, though. Just grabbed my usual coffee frapp and the blonde lady at the register was not very personable. She seemed like she didn’t want to deal with me as much as she could help it and would hardly even look at me. Happy coffee drinkers come from happy coffee which comes from Happy baristas which don’t always come from this Starbucks

Always fast friendly service. This place is amazing especially considering not many places have great service in the area. I have a habit of ordering the same drink and someone here always suggests a new combination on my old drink. Never have I been disappointed by a suggestion. Usually clean except when high school and young college students have created a mess but that is not usual. Good music not too loud. Comfy furniture. Great place to read a book or work on school stuff.

it closes early, but hey i dont ahve any business drinking coffee that late anyway so its fine with me, but the coffee and the drinks are good!!! :).

RUDE AND CLOSED EARLY.
Despite several people on the patio, it closed before 9pm, which I found astonishing considering it’s just off the I-​25.
At the drive-​through, I said, «you close at 9 tonight?» and the girl answered, «Yes, and every other night, too.» I said, «Back home, most Starbucks are open ’til at least 10 or 11.» She chortled, «Well, you’re not home, are you?!» Just what I needed after 400 miles of driving.
So I got nasty coffee at the gas station nearby. I’ve never been a huge Starbucks fan and now I have one more reason to seek out alternatives (I prefer unique, local shops, when possible).
