My review is good, first the other Unilocal review is misleading and very badly written. A retainer is to start a case and more money will be due later as a case progresses. Most people know that, obviously Andy b does not. David is handling two auto accident cases for me and doing the best job any attorney has ever done for me. All my paperwork goes into a binder getting ready for court in case we have to sue. His paralegals are very nice and have been very helpful with all of my questions. I have recommended him to several friends and family and several have signed with him for various needs. Hopefully my review is helpful and not based on stupidity and an idiot crying about false accusations because you know nothing about hiring an attorney and court cases. He has slammed another attorney with the same name in town here with a completely different practice, it is the exact same review for each attorney. Be aware, this guy is a thief. He took $ 3k retainer from me and his attorney Laura Vega showed up in cord once and meet me once. She quit for david and told me account was maxed. These guys are crazy. Laura also told me that $ 3k should be plenty for the case it did not even start the case. One time David answered my call and he thought I was someone else. He went on all mad saying that he needs more money and won’t work on some case anymore. Laura apologized and told me he had mistaken me for someone else but it made me wonder. If he does not get money he gets all mad but yet it’s ok to steel my money. There is plenty of attorneys, everyone take my word, this is not a good law firm. They care more about money than fighting for you. They are not very knowledgeable and lady that sits at desk when you walk in showed up in cord in regular clothing. She came because Laura could not make it in time.
