My sister is special needs, and makes less than minimum wage and when she walked into this dealer he sold her a car with the highest interest rate (from the 80’s) the car payment was $ 500 per month– she only makes $ 700 per month and has to pay rent & insurance– Yes she signed! But again she has a learning disability so can she tell what the paper work says & how much she paid– no! I called him before she drove it home and asked him to take the car back and to put her in a car she could afford– he said he would work with her– It’s been 4 months and she has not been able to pay one payment! Bank is repossessing the car and her credit is toast– she might even go after her to force her to file bankruptcy — sick how he got away with this and she is now w/​o a car.
