Don’t shop here. Full stop. Cute clothes but terrible service.
Ridiculous return policy of three days – nothing beyond store credit. Not reasonable for people who don’t live close and travel for holidays and still want to purchase gifts. Not motivating for the customer at all.
To be honest, I was being a bit rude because I wanted to return a gift for a friend – and wasn’t allowed to –but the manager wasn’t budging and wasn’t exactly being nice either.
I would have been happy with an exchange of size or even ordering a new size but neither was acceptable.
I was accused of yelling at her – which wasn’t true. I was being strong in my argument against a ridiculous policy but certainly wasn’t yelling.
She even offered to walk me around town to see other return policies in Los Gatos to prove to me that the policy was valid – which was totally inappropriate.
Maybe I didn’t handle the whole transaction in the best way but I also don’t appreciate stupid retail policies that don’t honor the customers
It is unreasonable in this day and age to expect customers to never want to return items and get money back. Especially during the holidays and for gifts. 3 days is hardly a policy. I am sure I am not the only one to complain.
I asked for the owners number or email to complain and was refused. The manager told me she wouldn’t help me if I was «yelling at her» and probably celebrated when I walked out and let it go. I am now have an overpriced kitschy gift in my pocket for someone else and a TERRIBLE idea about this store, the young manager and the way it is run.
The product was still in stock and just not on the size we wanted. It wasn’t that she couldn’t help me she just didn’t want to. And she could have given me the owner’s number or passed me to someone else. She just thought telling me off and telling me no way was more appropriate.

Love this place! Brittany was a great help! Wouldn’t have been able to find a dress for a conference without her. Will definitely be going back soon.

Kitsch Couture saved my life today! I’m attending a wedding in 2 days, and had absolutely nothing to wear. I currently live in Southern California, but ended up taking a last-​minute trip to the Bay Area this week. My schedule has been crazy, and I basically came to terms with the fact that I might show up to the wedding in a trash bag. I was running errands in Los Gatos today, and I decided to stop at Kitsch as a Hail Mary.
I walked in, and was immediately greeted by the employees. They asked me what I was looking for, and if I needed help finding anything. I briefly explained to Brittaney, the manager, that I was looking for a long, semi-​formal wedding guest dress. Typically, I prefer to look around on my own while shopping for clothing, but I’ve been here a couple times now and Brittaney has consistently picked out the clothing that I end up buying. She immediately pulled a couple dresses that were exactly what I had in mind.
I can be very indecisive, and wanted to explore ALL of my outfit options. Stephanie and Brittaney were extremely nice, and helpful. They brought me a ton of different dresses to try in multiple sizes without acting the least bit impatient, or making me feel rushed. I could not have asked for better service. I left with 2 really cute wedding outfit options: a strapless black and white patterned maxi dress, and a snakeskin print jumpsuit. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.

I love Kitsch Couture! I may not have said this a few years ago because they had a horrible manager named Gigi but when owner Salomeh promoted Brittaney to to manager a few years ago I fell in love with the store. She is so helpful! Constantly pulling multiple sizes, offering TRUE opinions (which I really appreciate because not everyone looks good in everything and she knows how to say so in a nice and appropriate way), she doesn’t try to push clothes or accessories on me and respects my budget. She’s also really good at picking clothes for my body type that I normally wouldn’t even think of trying. Kitsch Couture consistently has an awesome staff (shout out to carrie who is my second go to), excellent sales HOLLA at %80 off! cute clothes, shoes and jewelry. Definitely in my top 2 stores to shop at not only in Los Gatos but probably the world.

I really hope BOTH the manager and owner reads this…
Loved the store, loved the young ladies helping me, HATE the awful manager! I’ve been in a few times before, cute clothing, great brands, adorable workers, but EVERY time I’ve gone in, the manager has something rude to say to either the employees and even customers.
She went OFF on one of the girls calling her «slow» and that she «doesn’t pay her $ 10 an hour to be so unproductive» or something like that. In front of customers! DISGUSTING!
The second time I went in she completely disregarded me and was only helping the older women in the store. Not that there’s ever a lot of people in that store at a time but not even a «hi, welcome!» Or a «let me know if you need any help ok!» NOTHING! I’ve worked in customer service for 7 years and not once have I been treated it see someone be treated in the way that she treats human beings. Never coming here again. Consider your business dead.

Love this store. They have everything from basics to dresses for a night out. I come here a lot and every time the staff is beyond nice and they girls go out of their way to help me find whatever I’m looking for. Great clothes and great customer service!

Super cute clothes and accessories. Kinda pricey but it’s a boutique in downtown LG so you’re going to pay a bit more

I’ve been in to Kitsch a number of times and they are always really helpful in finding the perfect outfits for my clients. As a photographer, wardrobe styling is very important, and the staff at Kitsch know their everything in the store and can put together some really great outfits for anyone.

Whether you need a quick fix or a complete wardrobe overhaul, this boutique is the place to go. Brittaney is amazing and always takes time pulling items that I might not ever have picked out for myself and that end up being favorites… every time! She has a great eye, keeps me updated with trends yet understands how to mix to keep my look sophisticated. Ok. Best store in Los Gatos. No matter the occasion you will likely find me in an outfit from Kitsch Couture. I do the majority of my shopping here. I can always rely on Kitsch to have the latest trendz that I am looking for. The customer servce couldnt be better, Brittaney takes so much time to ensure that I leave happy with an amazing outfit (which is at least once a week lol) Kitsch has all my favorite brands compiled into one store which is amazing for someone who doesnt have much time like myself! The owner and manager are so unintelligent I spent 200 dollars and they accused me of stealing called the police someone else who was with me took the item they came after me while I was shopping. I am very successful and do not need to steal and they just lost loads of profit idiots typical greedy disgusting people DO not support this place!

This is hands down my favorite store! Consistently cute stuff. It is kinda pricey but I always find things so adorable they’re worth the price! Staff is always helpful, Brittney always finds me the perfect dress for the occasion I’m shopping for. Go kitsch!

Went in to buy a gift for my daughter, their stuff is only teenagers, but my gift didn’t fit and it wasn’t her style after all. I found out I could only get store credit — no refunds. OK, I didn’t read the small print. But I went in there two times and could not find anything I liked. Granted, I only had $ 35 to spend, but I could not find anything! without spending another $ 30. And no one in the store offered to help me after they found out I was an exchange customer. I finally just picked something, but it left $ 6 credit still due. Again, no refund, had to keep it as credit. I now had this huge gift certificate paper and all the receipts to carry around — NOT.
Bottom line, I was not treated well and I left angry. I don’t appreciate that kind of service when I am out shopping with my friends and having fun.

I have lived in LG, and shopped on the blvd for years. Loved the unique items/​clothes in this store. Real Cute stuff, although SUPER overpriced. However, the salesperson, Brit… Not friendly. She seemed to favor the ‘regular’ customers, I was in the store for 30 minutes– never even asked if I needed help. Hmmm. Lots of other fun places to shop…

I’ve truly been shopping here since the first day this place open. Really! They are THE BEST clothing store in the bay area to say yet! The owner picks out the best and hottest, and on top of the fashion like no other. Theses aren’t your $ 10 dollar shirts, or a forever 21 price rang. But thats just it. These items from this store will stay with you year after year, and you will get your full worths out of it. Dresses, jeans, tops, tanks, vintage t-​shirts, jackets, and more more more more!!!
