I went to this pharmacy today as my doctor gave me a shot on the side of my leg and did not want me to walk, he advised to take my prescription to Walgreens. The clerk asked for my drivers license and prescription and said I’ll be right back to see if we have this in stock. She came back and said we do t have it and don’t know when we will get it. Mind you my mother in law just picked up the same medication with no problem. The pharmacist then came to the drive thru window and said, «you don’t get your prescriptions here so I can’t fill it». Excuse me? Yes because I went to target for all my prescriptions he wanted me to go to target. I told him I just had a shot and I can’t get out of the car. This was more convenient for me. He advised if I transfer all my prescriptions to Walgreens then we will fill my prescriptions. Really? Isn’t my own decision on where I take my prescriptions? Lastly when I did go to target, I fell in the street on my way inside. Cut my eye open and sprang my ankle. All because I couldn’t get my prescription filled because I don’t go there. It’s been since 2014 the pharmacist said since I’ve been there. Does he realize that during Christmas they were the only ones opened and I purchased over 1000.00 on gifts and perfumes. Please boycott this store. It’s horrible. The pharmacy is the worst. Don’t go.

«Computers not up”(and therefore could not get medication)…closed during their lunchtime(and therefore could not pick up medication)…incorrect notation on prescription re: refills available… no education about medication. This poor performance effects my trust level.

I still have no bloody idea how in the heLL a super-chain like Walgreens with their BELOVED and ingenious invention of a 24-HR Pharmacy can have a cluster-F??? of a location like this… Now this is the 3rd24-HR pharmacy of their chain that I have used across 3 different cities… In the other two locations aka: anywhere other than the Bermuda Triangle that is LB=Los Banos, aka: The toilet of the universe lol, the previous two NOTLB locations rock it like no tomorrow, this one here however is a nightmare from the bowels of heLL and here’s why. 1.) Prescriptions CALLED in multiple times from my docs office in advance, get an email notification or call from Walgreens to pick them up. Show up they either can’t find the scripts, tell me they are OUT of stock of the med OR not get this: OH, i have no idea how this happened Ms. Thomas BUT the RX that was called here to us in heLL somehow got transferred to the Modesto, CA store would you like to pick it up +there instead? OMFG!!! Really? I just drove home to LB from Modesto(60+ miles away btw) from work gave ya over an hour to fill it and now ya wanna know if I’d like to drive all the way back after finally getting home from work and I live in LB aka: HELL?, and the script was called into to this location but you can’t tell me how it got transferred to Modesto??? Sweet baby JeSus… Exactly… You probably think I’m making this all up however I have the permanent brain damage from having to deal with these pharmacy«twilight zoners»(as I fondly call them now) far to many times to fabricate such ludicracy… But hey feel free to try them out yourself just be sure to pack popcorn and a soda(maybe a Valium as well for the stress factor) and be prepared to wait for like EVER as this local has 2DRIVETHRULANES but only one is operational lol Good luck with that shit ;)

The wait time at the drive thru pharmacy is ridiculous. I recommend getting your prescriptions elsewhere.

Cleaniest and friendliest. I went yesterday. Pharmancy was very fast and helpful. Was very impressed with this store. The wait time for my presciption was less than 5 min. Was very impressed over all.

Typical Walgreen store with an added drive-thru pharmacy. The lines to check-out aren’t typically long, but the lines at the pharmacy is another story.
