I’ve had numerous occasions to use ZZ Cmputer and every time they’ve been honest, thorough, and timely. Their rates are reasonable, their diagnoses accurate, and repairs meticulous. I recommend them to anyone needing minimal to invasive work done on their computers.

I own a boutique consulting business and have been through an array of so-​called computer specialists over the past 20 years. Finding Mike at ZZ was like finding gold. He is phenomenal. Patient in diagnosing and solving problems, available when we need him, fair in pricing, always willing to educate us, and as honest as they come. We sometimes even leave him alone in our office or home to do installation as needed. I wouldn’t use anyone other than ZZ.

My computers, both PC and laptops have been infected by viruses at various times over the last 8 years. ZZ was able to get my comps working normal again and they did it in one day as promised. They charge extra for 1 day service but it’s worth it. They are very professional.

I have an HP Envy Notebook and noticed some issues re my screen for a while until one day it suddenly went black. I dropped it off at ZZ Computer to have it checked, I paid a $ 90 rush fee because I needed this computer for work. They ran their diagnostic check and told me the screen has to be replaced. The very next day the screen came back to life with some weird flickering, days later the flickering vanished and now the screen works perfectly fine. I called them up to ask them whether they did their diagnostic check properly and if I could bring it back to have it checked again if the screen indeed needs to be replaced or if a loose cable could have caused these problems. Their answer was, they are happy to look at it but a 2^nd diagnostic check would cost another $ 45 without rush fee applied. Guess what I will never use this place again, and not recommend it to anyone else. The chances are you might end up with the correct diagnosis is 50/​50, not good enough for my taste. Would that be a life threatening emergency I would be lost…
