The customer service level at this shop is amazing! I came in Monday night 30 minutes before the shop closed to see if I can get some color prints and the owner was sooooo helpful.
I came in last minute so I didn’t have time to email him my documents I wanted printed so he allowed me to sit down, charge my laptop, connect to his wifi and even let me borrow a usb to transfer the documents for faster printing. He was the best!!! He allowed me to take my time and tell him when I was ready, not once rushing me to close the store.
I can’t recommend this place enough! What the library, staples and other local printing shops were charging me $.70 a print for a 8×11 paper with color ink he charged me only $.34 a print! Thank you I’ll deff be back!

This place is amazing! I needed a very last minute printing job done and stopped in just to ask, feeling pretty confident that they wouldn’t be able to get it done with such a short notice. The girl who helped me was very nice and funny and stayed to do the job for me even though I overheard a coworker say that her shift was over. The pricing is affordable and the prints looked great. I feel very lucky to have stumbled on them, they have so many cool services like shirts and such!

Great service, fair prices and a great location in terms of the neighborhood. I’ve been doing work with YV Print since they were Digicolor, from small-​range simple home printing needs to larger commercial jobs. They are professional and it doesn’t hurt that they’re located next to so many tasty treats in Highland Park. Give ‘em a spin and skip FedEx.
