If you like finding fine jewelry pieces for half price that’s similar to Barney’s, than this should be your next destination. I’ve been buying my jewelry here for over 20 years. Christina has an incredible eye for detail and design. They are busy because they are in high demand. So if you have to wait a little longer for her to custom design your piece, be patient! If you don’t like strangers stoping you to ask where you got your ring, necklace, etc… then don’t shop here. Trust me, I get so many people stopping me all the time! Which is why I waited so long to give a review. I selfishly wanted to keep them to myself. But, I had to break down and write this review because I need to address Gabi, who wrote a negative review on ⁹⁄₁₄. I don’t want to discount anything Gabi wrote in her review but my encounters with Helen has always been nothing but kind and courteous. I’ve never had a situation where Helen forgot my order or was rude in anyway. Also note, if this is your first time in the downtown jewelry district, it can get very confusing. This place has very unique stuff, very good pricing. I love their dainty pieces. Very delicate and fine. The person that helped us was Mrs. Young the elder. She was so patient and helpful. I highly recommend this place

I’m just very irritated with this business. I was helped by Helen on September 6. I didn’t really like her attitude but I did like the jewelry she had to offer. I picked three pieces I loved and she did me the «favor» of putting them aside with a $ 100 deposit. I was planning on picking them and paying cash the following week but she put no total on my receipt because I chose a ring that needed to be sized to fit. I didn’t hear from her at all and I called her twice to try to figure out my total because I wanted the items for my birthday! Both times she seemed confused. didn’t remember who I was. didn’t know what I was talking about. well today was the final straw. Instead of apologizing she had a bad attitude and told me I should have estimated a total? This tells me she is not a considerate business owner, could care less about my business, and when I’m spending 800+ on things that are not a necessity I at least expect a call back. Out of fear of losing my deposit I picked up the cheapest item I had put aside. There are so many vendors with way better customer service and better prices. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I get all my jewelry from here because they have the best quality and price. My acquired pieces gets so many compliments. I love how they bling! Both Helen and Christina have a good knowledge on jewelry that I trust. They are really sweet and easy to talk to. No matter what budget you have, they will find you an awesome piece that you won’t regret. If you don’t like some part of the design on a particular piece, they will accommodate your need by altercation or modification for an extra charge. Only problem I have with them is that I end up loving everything and my husband hates it!
