I first got my piercing done with Eddie and everything was great. I kept coming back to get pierced by him. But I went in the other day and they told me he no longer works there a different guy by the name Eddie pretended to be the one from the reviews, so beware. I decided to try and get a piercing anyways and they pierced it crooked. I no longer will be coming here.

Update: apparently the girl that did my tattoo, no longer works here. As I said in my other review, my issue was with that specific tattoo artist, so if she’s gone, I will most likely be back, maybe check out the other artists, since I’ve only heard great things about them.

Walked in a bit nervous, but the guy behind the cash register was welcoming. Showed my id and went to the back to have my belly pierced. Alex was cool and didn’t feel nothing but a pinch. Will be going there again for my future piercings and even tattoos because it looks like they know their stuff.

I got my tragus piercing here today for $ 20(plus card charge 2.50). Overall pretty chill place. They ask for ID so be prepared. The guy doing my piercing was real cool and got the piercing done real quick. It hurt a bit but that fine i’m weak for pain anyways lol. If you pay with a card theres a 2.50 charge(only thing i didn’t like). If you show your Unilocal account you get a 5 dollar discount.

Got my first tattoo here. The price was pretty good but as the saying goes«you get what you pay for.» The tattoo artist must of been an amateur because the tattoo is poorly done. This person used the same needle size throughout and because my design contains a guitar this made the strings of the guitar look mashed up. The shading is also terrible and all the colored ink has faded. I’ve seen other artists and all recommended getting it covered up. Would not recommended this place to anyone!!!

Only downfall of my experience was the pain. Of course that has nothing to do with the shop so disregard that. Other than that. The person doing both my nipples was very clean she washed both her hands and used gloves to do my peircings, And sterilized all the utensils after opening them. It took a while for her to get the markings right since one dot was higher than the other so that added more to my anxiety. But other than that she took me right away and made sure I was comfortable. I don’t have many piercings so I wouldn’t know how to compare it to other places. I would recommend though

I walked in to get a piercing last week at this place and was not pleased with the results. First of all, I was ID’d and make to sign a consent form and it was good up to this point. I paid for the piercing which was a great price in my opinion. Well, you truly get what you pay for. Half of the reason I wanted to do this was to have a thrilling experience because I’ve never been use to doing crazy things like these. But Yourba gave me a really bad experience and I really regret going here to do my first work. The girl who was doing my piercing walked up, seemingly in a bad mood, and let me to the room where the magic happens. I was excited and a bit nervous but I had decided to do this piercing as a present to myself and it was a spontaneous decision so I was way too excited to be scared about it. She didn’t make much conversation and when I tried to ask her questions she was very short and seemed annoyed that I was talking to her. She drew a line with a pen before and asked me to check if it looked straight to me. It looked fine to me and my cousin who was also there. I jokingly tried to make conversation by saying«Why you asking me? You’re the professional so I trust you.» She just kind of looked at me funny. So I stood up for the process and it all happened in less than a minute. I felt relived that it was over and wasn’t even bad. But as she tried to put in the ring it got stuck and she said the needle had not gone all the way through the top. She tried to finish the piercing with the ring(meaning that she ripped through my skin with this instead of the needle, I don’t even think it’s sharp) and my cousin, who was watching at the door, said it looked really bad. This part was very painful and I almost wanted her to stop. She panicked and asked me to lay down to finish the piercing and I was in a lot of pain. She stared going on about how it happens all the time with thinner girls but she didn’t mention this when I asked her questions about pain and complications, she just said«everyone’s different».(Literally all she said.) Finally she got the piercing through and finished the job. Before she almost walked out on me I asked how to clean it and pretty much what do I do next. This is my first piercing ever so I was clueless! She went over cleaning instructions and let me know I could buy the solution there for cheap. So she was more helpful in this subject, although she skimmed through it quickly. Then she walked out and turned the lights off while I was admiring my new piercing in a small mirror in the corner. I feel like she had more important things to do and she wanted me to leave quickly. And to make things worse, after the swelling came down I noticed it is a little bit off center. Definitely not going back here. If you’re looking for a piercing that won’t cost you a lot i suggest doing your research first because I bet there is more shops out there who charge the same or even a bit more but offer better customer service and better work. Don’t get cheap on things that will permanently change your body!

I started going to this store back in my high school years to purchase pins and patches for my backpack and to this day i still I frequently make stops to check out their merch, the people there are always friendly and easy to talk to. I recently went in to get a tattoo touched up and the artist was down to earth and did a great job. My tattoo came out looking better than before, I was skeptical at first since the last time I got tatted there the previous artist was a disappointment, he ruined my friend’s star as well as my own. If you go make sure to ask for Fanny or the main owner they are the best.
