My new favorite place, everyone here is so pleasant from start to finish. One of the best massages and facials I have ever gotten! This place is beautiful and the staff really know how to take care of you and make you feel relaxed. Love how I feel every time I leave here!

I’m a regular here at YB skin and I rely on my monthly facials to keep my skin glowing! Let’s face it Korean Know skin care! Working in the beauty industry myself I love that I found a facial home where I get consistent quality service from a number of different estheticians. I usually call the day of or before for an appointment, and this works fine during the week but never on a Sat. I love the staff, all the ladies are sweet and all smiles. I’ve never had any allergic reactions to any of the products. The spa is always clean. Note: If you are new to facials, after your facial your skin will feel super dewy and hydrated. For me the real work begins the following am, the products have now had time to penetrate and work there magic! So don’t be surprised when your pores start detoxing, it’s all part of the process.

Worst. Most fucked up licensed place ever. 10 reviews here but all fucked up fakes shit. Today at 3pm, I made my 1st appointment the doctor, went onto Western avenue branch to meet the doctor, and some kind of a weird fucking girl came upto me and led me to her rm, and she goes: «Our place is superior, high class, only for upper ppl, and even celevrities do come, so they don’t want to see ppl who pay free for treatment using insurance.» Most fucked up saying I ever fucking heard from a business person. There were huge discrepancies between what was advertised and told through phone advisement and what they told me when I actually arrived at their place and met in person: They said: 1. They do take my university Aetna insurance with full coverage of acupuncture ans skin care treatment, so I won’t have to pay. 2. They have 3 branches and the doctor will be at korean town branch, so i should come to that branch by 3pm and the doctor will explain about the full insurance coverage and what they need me to do. 3. They do acupuncture and skin treatment together What I heard when I arrived at the place and met in person: 1. The doctor was not there, and the worker said the doctor just left 5 minutes ago(i arrived there strictly on time), and he is in beverly branch. 2. They said, the doctor/owner/boss was unknowledgeable and doesn’t know anything about skin treatment, so he was saying bullshits that were not true. First of all, they usually don’t accept insurance, so they will have to recheck again with the doctor/owner about it although I kept explaining to her that I did talk in person with the doctor and gave my insurance info already n they checked and doctor told me that i can get full coverage. 3. They said i need to behave because they are pretty much giving me a free donation of their skill because they are not receiving cash but claimed cash from insurance. 4. The most fucked up thing I heard was that the insurance usually is better if they claim as higher cost as possible because the limit gets renewed anyways and some doctors even claim for 10000 bucks or 30000 bucks for skin care and 3000 dollars for one acupuncture treatment and it’s such a reasonable and normal thing for them to claim as much as possible to my insurance company and i should expect anything because their machines are superior and they have 3 branches and are very successful with so many celebrities visiting 5. They said from USC, so many chinese ppl come to their place because they are the ones who have a lot of money and they like thier luxuriousness. So 40, 50 chinese come to their place and spend more than 30000 dollars for skin care. And I pay nothing if they just claim to my insurance company as much as possible. 6. They said, the doctor wants me to start with the cheapest and most basic treatment as possible because they are not sure how much they will be able to get from my insurance company. 7. I said I never heard about this place’s name despite of this place’s superiority as they call it and why. They replied: they got gazzillions of people who came to them when they first started their service, so they stopped their marketing because they don’t want any more customer from then and on, so i never heard about it. 8. They said, they need to obviously claim more than the treatment cost to my insurance company because they have to pay taxes if they have to go through the insurance not cash, so it is very natural and definite thing for them to claim as high as possible to insurance company for their taxes. 9. They said they will reask their doctor/owner because they usually don’t permit insurance although I already did receive permission from doctor on phone and they texted in front of me to the doctor and they said he replied that he’s very busy right now so talk later. And they told me to please leave and they will let me know if doctor will be free to provide his grant of service appointment tmr. But I never got the contact. Guess what? I think they really don’t wanna have any customers coming in anymore. Let’s show them the power of buyers. Shittiest, most superficial, fake, unrightful manner of business. Basically, they said they have rich pigs coming to them, so they don’t want any«poor» who needs to pay with their insurance not in just pure cash. Went here July 29, today, at 3pm, and was mad.

If I could I would give zero star. When I went for an consultation there were 3 girls in the reception area .they just stared at me when i walked in. two girls were busying talking — no welcoming. BTW. there were NOCUSTOMER. I was the ONLY customer… If it was busy I would understand but come on… there were no customers… at least a smile please Consultation was worst… giving attitude. she just wanted to get out and chit chat w/her co workers and eat her food that they ordered earlier Im not 100% sure but I bet most of the reviews are fake … I wonder who upload the pictures.

I always got whole body massage(called kyung-rak, very painful deep tissue massage for body contouring, most likely for diet purpose) with soo-ji, and she is the far best! I always recommand this place to my friends. Price is on higher side but is worth of money!!!

WHY: I visit the DTLA acupuncture office on a weekly basis for my stomach issues, & Dr. Bae recommended this office for my skin needs. PROS: — The clinic is extremely clean & luxurious! — My insurance is accepted! — I’ve been to facials before, but this place has the best hi-tech equipment I’ve ever had! — Staff is very friendly & professional. — Free parking in a lot(very rare!!) CONS: — With some staff, there is a language barrier, so asking questions is sometimes difficult. OVERALL: I’m very pleased to have Dr. Bae’s staff in both locations working on my external & internal health! I can see a complete difference in energy, positivity, health, & appearance! I will continue my weekly visits :)

I’ve been going to Yb Clinic for quite some time and let me tell you it’s amazing. The place looks amazing inside and the ladies that work there are incredibly nice. I’ve only had massages and facials there but I think they have plenty of extra services. Everyone I leave there I’m always on cloud 9, on top of that I see Dr. Bae for acupuncture at their Beverly Hills location and I’ve noticed a positive impact in my overall health since I started going. If your looking for total body wellness, you will not be disappointed.

A warm and friendly place/staff. It’s my go to place when I want to get away and pamper myself. The staff is always nice and welcoming. The improvement I’ve seen in my skin since I started coming to YB clinic is beyond. I’ve recommended and will continue to do so.
