We came to this dress shop to get a few dresses steamed. The girls who work here (Estella, Lupita) are very sweet and will go out of their way to work with you. However, the Korean woman who actually OWNS the store is really nasty and will do anything she can to squeeze an extra dollar out of you and rip you off! We had spoken to Estella in advance and she quoted us $ 5 per dress for steaming, so we went ahead and had her steam them… well the owner walked in right as we were about to pay and demanded $ 15 per dress. She didn’t care that we had already agreed on a different price with her manager, or that $ 15 was supposed to be the price for much more complicated dresses with layers and ruffles (there were simple cocktail dresses with only 1 layer that needed steaming). She pulled a bait and switch and we had no choice but to pay up. We felt cheated and will NOT be going back here. Only shop here if you can deal with the employees and avoid the nasty owner!

Always a great experience for last minute dresses for events and not having to pay very much. My recommendation would be for anyone that finds a dress they like, pick it up now! Don’t wait. This is a very popular place downtown. Would recommend Estella the manager and the Owner always works within my budget.

Worst dress shop ever my mom ended up buying my dress to come out in a 15 and when she called they said that we couldn’t get the dress anymore because it had been 30 days since we had gone in to pick the dress but none of that information was given to us when my mom paid 50 $ to put the deposit on the dress. They told her that if she wanted the dress she had to pay the dress a lover again. Som my mom paid 50 $ and claw out with nothing. Please don’t shop at this store it Hurts me even putting one star. Don’t these people don’t care they just want your money. Be advised on this store

I was very disappointed with the service and the organization of this company. I ordered my wedding dress here in April. My dress still hasn’t arrived and it’s been 2 months. On my receipt they said my dress would be ready by 5÷15÷2015. I have received two calls from them saying my order was backtracked. I called today on 6÷9÷2015 and spoke with Doris. She said she could not find my invoice or any information pertaining to my dress. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The most horrible service I’ve ever dealt with!
