This is for the kitchen by Wolfgang puck in lax terminal 6. They have too many people here who are paid and not working. The cooks and the woman who makes the salad deserve to get paid as well as the one register worker — Esperanza — but the rest of the staff need to have some motivation on how to work. Food is ok. Salad was good but chicken sandwich was cold when we got it because of the long wait.

Oh boy. Long time no see you on TV. I been to one in Santa Monica it was great. This one at the airport oh boy… you are letting the employee destroying your repute and brand. I was here at 549 am ordered Mushroom SPINISHOMELETTEAND A COFFEETOTAL $ 16.35 This was the most disgusting breakfast i have ever eaten in my life. The egg were steamed and dry up like dry tissue. The potato were good, however. The bread is ok. The mushroom were black(due to age) and not cook enough and they were just stuffed inside the staled egg white. This is totally gross to the Nth degree. This is Wolf Gang Yulk instead of Wolf Gang Puck cus my new wife was so hungry she ate them all. I tried them and it was not satisfactory. Dont know why you wanna go into the airport fast food business.

Horrible customer care. Waited in 2 lines and asked about where we needed to be only to then be told they didn’t serve the salads they were advertising. After wasting my time I wasn’t going to give them any business.

Decent place in LAX to pick up a snack(breakfast) and coffee, though pretty expensive.

eh, it was fine! Took 25 minutes for one pepperoni pizza. The pizza was fine but it lacked pepperonis. greasy. nothing to rave about… and it seriously took way too long for a pizza.

I had the WP burger. The bread is toasty on the outside and soft on the inside, the vegetable filling has pieces of celeries which are different form other burgers, but the most important ingredient: the beef patty was not well seasoned. It taste like chunks of ground beef, no other flavor at all, disappointing from WP menu.

The worst service ever. They opened 15 minutes late and move at a snails pace. It’s beyond obvious that the staff and management just do not care that travel must get going straight away. Currently, there are 5 people behind the counter and they cannot seem to get it together. Very frustrating to watch.

Wolfgang Puck is a corporate sell-out. They offer a Sirloin Burger but will only cook it Well Done or Medium-Well. Medium, Medium-Rare, Rare are not available due to «Corporate Policy» — clearly the restaurant chain is run by lawyers and Wolfgang(or anyone who cares about food) is not involved. What decent restaurant won’t cook a burger medium or medium-rare? Makes me wonder where are they getting their meat from. I think Wolfgang would be embarrassed to visit here… Very nice service staff, though, especially for an airport.

First off — there is not a lot of places to eat in this wing of LAX, in Terminal 6, so this is a fabulous addition to the terminal. There is a wine bar, a sandwich/soup/salad counter, and a wood burning pizza oven counter. As well, a ton of tables and seating, many with electrical plug-ins. I was starving and in need of some serious carbs, so I went up and ordered from the pizza counter. We were told that the ‘za would take 10−15mins(so this is not fast food that you can grab and go if you have a tight time crunch before boarding your flight). I went with the Italian Meats pizza; soppressata, pepperoni, mortadella, red onion, chili flakes jalapeño and basil… it was freaking delicious! Like, crazy good. I ate the entire pizza. What I didn’t eat at first, I finished off midway though my flight. The thing that really impressed me was how good the crust was. I ate all the crust, which I normally wouldn’t do, but dam son! The only main problem with this place is the price: $ 27US for a glass of the house Chardonnay and a personal pizza… Yikes! Wolfgang is serious dolla, dolla bills — but it sure hit the spot!

I have NEVER had someone check my ID for 15 dollars worth of food. I asked him if he checked everyone’s ID he said«I try to.» I didn’t see him check the ID of the person before or after me. Aside from that, the food is actually really bad.

Reluctantly, I ordered a Ham and Swiss omelet from the new Puck’s. I say reluctantly because it’s the only place in the terminal to get what I thought might be real food… Wrong! For $ 11 you’d think Puck and company could put out something decent but you’d be wrong. I have never had anything decent at a Puck location in any airport in the country! And frankly, I don’t know how he can attach his name to the crap his establishments serve. My guess is that he preys on the unknowing first time, no other choice passenger… er victims hoping to get something better than they can get onboard. Don’t waste your time or money… In a word ‘RIPOFF’. Wolfgang Puck is as passé as it gets. I don’t get it. I hope you don’t either.

Just go anywhere else! We literally had no choice and it was either this or nothing before flying across the country. It took about 30 minutes to get 2 pizzas that were loaded with oil, perportions of ingredients were either to small or to much, the crust didn’t hold up at all(due to the oil), and was maybe the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It cost about $ 27 just the 2 small pizzas! What! The staff… what can I say? When I realized that it was taking to long, I noticed one cook sitting at a table flirting with a girl trying to eat her pizza at the table. I know he was on the clock because another cook yelled at him to come help and he did. For the 6 employees working, they averaged 2 pizzas in the oven at a time. Not the best ratio! Making pizza is incredibly easy, but these guys made it seam like they were trying to serve fine cuisine. It’s pizza! Quick, easy, and maybe try one sometime to see if what you are serving is cooked properly or not.

I came in with low expectations. Wolfgang Puck’s name has long lost any legitimacy or luster.(The dude puts it on microwave pizza and canned soup full of BPA — how much money do you need, man?!) Doubt he had much to do with this place other than collecting checks. It’s actually not that bad, though. I had the burger, and I found it perfectly decent. Not a bad place to stop while you’re waiting to go off to Lima.

I was stuck at the LAX airport from 7am-2pm due to a last minute cancellation(thanks a lot, United.), which meant it gave me plenty of time to peruse the airport food options. Of course, I knew to expect that food in airports will always be subpar, but since I had plenty of time to spare, I used that opportunity to seek out the«best» for my breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately, there weren’t many restaurants in Terminal 7(thanks a lot, United.) so it was a pretty easy choice. After thoroughly scanning the menus, Unilocal reviews, and pictures, Wolfgang Puck Gourmet Express was the winner. Basically, you stand in line to order at the counter, grab a number, and a server will bring you your meal when it’s ready. I had the mushroom and spinach white omelette that came with a side of roasted potatoes. The portion size was big, and it tasted pretty good — definitely not gourmet though. After discovering that my flight got rescheduled, I came back for lunch and ordered the mixed green salad with chicken. Again, the portion size was huge. As for the service, the ladies at the counter were friendly, and the server who brought me my food was nice and accommodating, but I wasn’t being high maintenance either. The food came out pretty quickly too. You can also order take-out if you’re in a rush.

This place is bomb, don’t understand the unrated reviews. My server was über polite, calling me by my name the whole night. Food– amazingly Delicious! Order the Cesar salad and the tortilla salad(which I’m still thinking about)! All around 10 out of 10!

We had no problem getting seated. But we left after 5 minutes. The reason — being told once that all the draft beers except for Bud Light was not available, a few minutes later that another component for a beverage was not available, and that certain appetizer items were not available. The restaurant needs to have a better system to make sure their ingredients are stocked. We left to try another restaurant at the airport in hopes for a better experience.

Ate here the other night due to a 3-hour layover. The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive. The prices were surprisingly reasonable for airport restaurant standards. You pay about the same ‘dining-in’ as standing in a huge line for the express order and take with you. I tried the butternut squash soup; it was spiced like an Indian dish and was quite good. I also had the rotisserie chicken; which I found tasty and filling, but a little dry and overcooked for my taste. Not a big fan of the plastic silverware either, but being inside the secure area of LAX, I guess I understand, at least it was chrome plated to look like regular silverware. Thank you Wolfgang for keeping me company and allowing me to linger until my flight departed.

Had an early flight so decided to get breakfast at the gate. Waiting line was small. So I was pretty happy. Ordering went fast. I wanted oatmeal and a bottle of water. I ordered it to go. There is not a clear area for take out. So you are stuck between the customers waiting to order which is awkward. After a brief wait a girl held up a bag and while tossing in utensils and napkins said something unclear. I waved, made my way over asked if it was the oatmeal. She nodded, I grabbed it and got to my gate in time. I opened the bag and hello bagel :) Ah well at least I got some food I guess! If you’re having a to go order, make sure you triple check even if you are in a hurry!

Had a great waitress. She was very fast with our group of 6, all with separate checks. The food came out very fast as well. Internet is free & easy to connect. Our waitress was very patient & helpful getting some of our group connected. Coffee to go offers free refills

This happens when flight is delayed! Bar or table scene? What would it be? Well we grabbed a table. more room for our luggage and my purse. Hostess at the entrance asked everyone coming in whether they have enough time to dine in… well of course. It was a good thing that she asked because service was super slow so you need to have a lot of time to spare. If you don’t have time to dine in, but want to get food from here, they do have some items prepackaged to go so no worries! :) Ordered: –Mediterranean tuna salad $ 13: tender greens, feta, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, red onions, kalamata olives, house vinaigrette. Salad was drenched with dressing, which made it very hard for me to eat. Would be wise to ask for the dressing on the side. –Sirloin burger $ 15.50: cheddar, caramelized onions, bacon, lettuce, tomato, garlic aioli. Served with house made chips. You can substitute french fries or mixed greens for additional $ 2 if you don’t want the house made chips. We asked to have the garlic aioli on the side and never got it. Staff look stressed; no smile. Bringing food to the wrong tables. While we were waiting for our food, I saw one of the staff coming out from the kitchen talking to another staff and he was scratching his back like there’s no tomorrow. Oh god hope he washes his hands or better yet not deal with preparing my food. It took forever for our waitress to bring out our food. When she finally brought out our food instead of dropping the food to our table and then go to her other table to pick up the tab she did the opposite. Which didn’t make any sense to me!
