horrible customer service! workers are always in a bad mood and they take forever to give you your order. I ordered online for the past 3 times to get my order faster but every time I come to pick up my food they take an additional 20 – 25 min from the time they gave me to pick up my food. never buying from here. rather drive 15 more min to another location.

Customer service was not as bad as previous posts say. Pretty typical wait time that I’m accustomed to at wingstop. Even got them to turn the TV to the OKC vs GSW game while I sat and ate. Really appreciated that. Cashiers weren’t rude. Maybe I just came during a good shift? Could be a little cleaner, however.

Avoid! Customer service needs improvement. I waited for 30 mins on a slow day for my order. I then asked about my order, the rep said give us 5 mins. I gave them 15 mins — still no order, so I cancelled and got a refund. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Not going back!

worst wingstop ever, the last time i went i asked the worker for a box and she wanted to charge me for it and today i just placed a order online my food was supposed to be ready at 4:43 it is now 5:30 and my food still isn’t ready so ridiculous never ordering from this wingstop again

Tables were dirty, music was not dining appropiate. Cashier were guetto and looked at me differently because I paid with gift cards. I order online and said pick up tine was at 1:39pm and my order was ready until 2:00. Fair to say I checked in at 1:49pm. Restaurant floor was also crappy, the do not deserve an A from the health department. Wings were good. I would never bring my girlfriend or children to this place.

If there was a negative 5 review I’d give it. I work in the area and let the lady on the phone know i was nearby so they could start on my food. It’s bad enough i had to wait ten minutes on hold and had to call back. The lady told me that my food would be ready in 10−15min. I’m guessing whoever answered the phone put my order in last because i sat for almost 30 waiting on my food. After looking pissed off and asking about my order come to find out my order was just sitting there the whole damn time. I’m looking for a corporate number as I’m typing. This place needed to have shut down a long time ago. The customer service is horrible. When the workers ain’t taking orders they’re on their cell phones texting. I guess I’ll be driving to another. It has enough ebt folks to keep it open. My time is too important. I spent more than half my lunch hungry.

The online ordering process is very smooth and painless, but their service is remedial at best. I ordered a combo and was upcharged for a bottled root beer. I asked for a cup to pour my drink in and was told that was $ 2.17. The cup is more than the drink. How genius!

Love Wing Stop, just not this location. I mean the experience inside wasn’t worth it. I spent the majority of the time waving flies away from my meal. Of course, no one wants to be bothered with flies zipping back and forth while you’re trying to enjoy one of their combo meals, but it is what it is, I guess. The wings I ordered were good along with the fries and cole slaw, but it the ‘fly problem’ is the reason I’m not happy about this location. They also need an additional trash can since the only one I saw was outside to dump my finished meal in. They need to fix a few things before I even plan on coming back.

First of all this Location is GHETTO as fuck ! So dirty the tables still had other peoples Trash uugh. Went in there today Ac Wasn’t working as you could imagine it was hot ass HELL ! My fries were super salty i couldn’t even eat 1 i told the girl if she could change them and she said what you dont like them? OBVIOUSLYNOT !! Had me waiting for 15 mins nd the second time I called they took my order right away. They said it was going to be ready in 15 mins and I walked in and wasn’t ready nd had to wait another 10 mins! Then this girl in front of me payed with a 100 dollar bill nd this humpa lumpa kenya didn’t give her back her change!!!
