This Wingstop has disappointed me several times. I place an order online. I go to pickup my order 30 minutes later and I have to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes. They start cooking my order when I arrive at the restaurant. I have 30 minutes for lunch. What am I supposed to do? This has happened before. I did not come to this place for a year. Thinking that things might have changed, I came back and it is the same old deal.

Ughhhhh! If the wings weren’t so good I’d never come here lol, it’s always something. So I was craving wings and decided to give them a call to place an order. After trying to reach them for about 10 minutes I was finally able to get thru. I ordered 10 wings that’s it, no drinks no side just 10 wings. I was told 15 – 20 minutes but they ALWAYS say that and I usually end up waiting. Considering it took quite some time to just be able to get thru to place my order I knew they were busy and it would be longer that 20 minutes. So I waited for 25 minutes before I left my house to go pick up. I live around the corner so it only took 5 minutes to get there. As expected my order wasn’t ready and by this time it’s already been 30 minutes since I ordered. About 20 minutes later my name was finally called. So almost an hour later my 10 wings were finally ready. I could have made them my self at home in that amount of time. C’mon guys get it together.

So I went by to pick up my favorite lemon pepper wings and try the smoke 9. Needless to say, I will not return to this location again. How if you order by phone, arrived to only 1 person waiting for their order, but my food is soggy, unflavored and not ready? Soggy, how you just fried these Wings. Where was the seasoning? Fries also soggy and cold. Come on, get the quality control up. Tumbys Pizza has better wings than a wing speciality spot. Just sad.

Worst place ever. Unorganized. Do not order through app, it doesn’t work– at least the staff says so. They don’t know anything regarding customer service and have no clue on how to attend to people. If your online order succeeds, they’ll make you stand in line with people making new orders– all while your food goes cold.

Oh man! Where to start? Let’s start with the good. The wings were good. And that’s pretty much it. I ordered over the phone to avoid having to wait a long time once I got there and I ended up waiting 45 minutes! Waiting was pretty annoying but I mean oh well. What really ticked me off was seeing how the cashiers would answer the phone to hang up immediately after. If you’re going to do that why even answer? I was definitely in disbelief on the lack of respect and basic customer service provided to the customers. Needless to say, never again La tijera wingstop!

WORSTEXPERIENCE I HAVEEVERHAD!!! While looking for a late night place to eat I came across Wingstop that stated on the website that it was open until 12:00pm. I put in an online order at 11:15pm and it stated on the confirmation email that the order would be ready by 11:36. I drive to the restaurant by 11:30 and send my little cousin inside to get the food, but the door is locked. There are 4 people in the kitchen and not one person acknowledges that he is knocking on the door. He walks back to the car and I get out and knock on the window. The guy inside yells through the locked door«We are closed», I tell him I just put in an order. He yells again, «We have been closed for 30 mins.» Not one time did any of the 4 workers even look at me. «I said to him again, I just put in an order online and it said to pick it up at 11:36.» He yells back, «Well I don’t know what to tell you» and the 4 guys start laughing. Now I can understand a computer malfunction, but damn what is wrong with a little customer service. I would of been ok If the worker came to the door and stated. «Sorry for the confusion, we are closed. I don’t know why it accepted your online order or why it says we are open until 12.» I would of been fine with that. But he was so rude to the point I want to complain on every website that I can and go all the way to the corporate office.

This place only gets the three stars because of the food. The food is good. The service is absolutely terrible. I always call in my order, and they say 15 – 20 minutes. But realistically, it’s an extra 15 minute wait once you get there to pick up your order.

I’ve always gone to this location and loved the staff in the morning. But last night me my and 3 other people in my group came in last night after a long day around 10:30 ordered, and everything was going fine. We got out food at 10:45 and started to enjoy our food and socialize with each other and having conversation while enjoying our food. When 10:58 came around this female employee was cleaning tables and told us flat out«You guys no we are closed right» as if we have to leave right now. So Two of group members ate their food very fast and ended up having stomach aches because of that, and my sister and I both couldnt finish our food because we lost our appetite because of the horrible attitude and personality of that one single night female worker. She needs to be trained on how to respect guest no matter what. You NEVER kick out paying customers even if you are about to close. They paid for eating it and dining in. If she was going to kick us out, then all she had to say when taking our order that all orders are to be to go due to closing soon. And this horrible review would have never written because i would have had some type of respect for this witch of a employee. If you wanna dine here i highly recommend going in the morning through afternoon staff is amazing then, BUTNOTATNIGHTANDTHEEVENINGSTAFFISHORRIBLE! If i can i would give ZEROSTARS

I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. I got food poisoning from their boneless wings! The breading is too hard to even pierce with a fork, and any type of seasoning they put on the wings tastes like pure salt. Nevermind the fact that even if I order 30 minutes ahead of time I’m still stuck waiting another 15 minutes in the store when I go to pick up. AVOID!!!

Best Wingstop location in the area. I always drive up here even though the Venice, SM and Manchester locations are closer.(Other locations WAY over-season their chicken!) Here, Ive been happy with my to-go orders(always some type of flavored classic chicken wings) and the people are always nice. One of the female cashiers was especially nice. It’s the little things that count :) Read the other reviews about having a horrible wait time but I’ve always gotten my food in a reasonable time. Chicken was well seasoned and not salty AF like the other locations I mentioned above. A bit oily but that was expected. Parking is tricky over the weekends.

Horrible customer service. Submitted an order for the superbowl. Came in and waited for 45 minutes minutes in line only to be told they didn’t have it. I show them a confirmation number and they tell me that they can’t do anything and if we want to come back in 2 hours, that’s all they can do.

The Good… I Love the Wings(and all the favors), the fries are top notch, and the staff is very friendly. The Bad… The staff is over worked, understaffed, and unorganized. They say your order will be ready in 15 minutes but it’s more like 30 – 35 minutes. Then when you get your order, the fries are hot but your wings are cold because there is no coordination . The Ugly… Parking is BRUTAL!!! And the crowd is usually in their teens or early 20’s. Cursing, and the smell of pot is the norm. Suggestion: Give the customer a realistic time for your order or I wouldn’t mind opting in for a text to let you know your order is just about ready. I wish I could call in my order and pay for it with a debit or credit card to avoid getting in line. Final thoughts… Great product Over workers staff Poor ownership

We ordered online 50 wings. Was ready to pickup when I arrived. Place was busy because it was a playoff football game. Price was reasonable for food. Only concern was wings came with nothing. Not even sauce. They want extra for it. Also the wings were slightly dry in the container. I had to go back in to request extra original sauce. They wanted to charge extra. The guy in change said never mind and gave it to me. Problem solved for a bit of extra sauce.

Food is cool when the chicken isn’t cooked to long, but look at your food. No employee wears a hair net.

Was«greeted» by the cashier with a «yea?». Not a «how may I help you?» Or a «what can I get started for you?». Ghetto trash. I hate this location.

Let’s start off with the fact that I LOVE wings. I would eat wings all the time if I didn’t think it would stop my heart if I did that. I also really like Wingstop. Their sauces and quality of wings are pretty consistently better than other places I have tried. HOWEVER, this particular location is absolutely tragic. I have tried ordering online and over the phone and I would wait the recommended 20 minutes before going to the restaurant. I am going to note that the orders were small, 10 – 20 wings, just enough for 2 people. On one occasion, I was made to wait a FULLHOUR at the restaurant before the food was ready. My orders never seem to be ready on time even when it wasn’t that busy. They also always manage to get something wrong. I would order cajun fries and be given regular fries. I would order and pay for all flats(there is a $ 1.75 charge) and be given regular wings. I would order carrot sticks and be given celery sticks. Sometimes they would forget to give me something all together and I wouldn’t find out until I got home. I don’t know if there needs to be intense retraining of the existing staff or if there needs to be an overhaul and they need to hire new people. They are slow. They lack any attention to detail or professionalism. I love Wingstop but I won’t be going back to this location. Drive a little further to a different Wingstop and save yourself the headache.

Part 2. Yep, I came back… so I accept part of the blame. Anyway: 1. I had to explain to the cashier why(10) $.60 Monday special and wings for $ 9.04 was better than paying the regular price for a 6 pc combo for $ 9.67. 2. I watched the person cleaning the surfaces with dirty rags and cleaning spray go RIGHT to preparing food. No washing hands, just right to flipping chicken in sauce and laying paper in the to go packages. 3. I only got 9 wings with my order.

While the logistics at this Wingstop leave a lot to be desired, the wings are pretty decent and the fries are great. Compared to other Wingstops, they forget a few more orders, ordering ahead doesn’t really help anything from a time perspective(I don’t get it, but they don’t start orders until you get there — guessing a lot of people flake), and the people(workers and customers) are high on the ganj a little more often. That being said, this place is always really busy, so it makes sense that there’s a wait. The wait is longer than you’d ever imagine for a spot like this, but when you want some wings, sometimes nothing else matters. They aren’t five star wings on the level of San Tung in San Francisco, but it’s Wing Stop — a chain of pretty ok wing shops that make better-than-Costco wings and better than most places fries. There are a ton of flavors to help keep things fun and food comes out fresh because they’re always cooking to keep up with the nonstop orders. Don’t make the mistake of coming here thinking you’ll be out in 30 minutes. With the wait times, you’ll be looking at at least a 45 minute trip for your pretty decent wings that will cost you around $ 15/grown and hungry person.

Was welcomed by Tanesha and the atmosphere was upbeat. My first time there and she gave me a sample of the spicy boneless chicken and it was amazing. My partner has eaten there before and purchased the original bbq bone in and she raved about it. We went in together amd bought boneless bbq & spicy. I came home to eat only to be disappointed. Called the store, complained, they replaced them and apologized for the trouble. Came home to eat and it didn’t get any better. It was terrible the boneless spicy chicken but my partner changed her order to bone in bbq wings and they were great. Boneless is terrible.
