Let me start off by saying that this my 3rd visit to this location. Also I placed the orders online and I ordered only two items and the place had a total of three customers in the store. I really like wingstop, but this location does not prepare and serve the food to the standards I have seen from other locations. I placed an order for chciken strips and fries. When I got the bag, the fries were not in there. The sauce was not correct, they were plain Rather than cook a new order of chicken strips, they were going to fry the ones I had again. I asked them not to and they said okay. When I got my order, the fries had about four layers of salt and I could tell these fries have been cooked at least three times(no joke). They cooked the same chicken pieces after I asked them not to and they said okay. And for the strips that had the wrong rub, they put sauce and rub over it. The lemon pepper wins, were not lemon pepper, they were plain with cajun rub on there. I am over this place, the food is extremely salty, the refry the fries and chicken and they messed on the sauce. I just wasted $ 14, because the food is so salty I can not eat it, and I eat fast food occasionally. If you decide to visit this spot, please check your order. I attached a picture of my order and this is after they were suppose to fix it.

This wingstop has been consistently solid for me. So much so that I can make a trip out of the way to go here for my wing fix instead of the location closer to my house on Santa Monica. See my review on that place and stay away from there. This location does a good job of cooking the wings and fries just the way you like them and they are pretty good at having your order ready on time, if not a little bit earlier. I did run into a big problem the very first time I ordered from this location, but I gave them another shot and they have delivered consistently since. If you like wings, and how could you not, wingstop has the best rubs in my opinion. My favorite is the Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parm and I always ask for extra seasoning! So yummy!

The place is stupid slow, I love their food but their service especially the cooks are on another level of stupid slow. Don’t come here unless you’re willing to wait more than 30 min for a simple order of 10 piece and fries. This place needs whole new staff and management. The kitchen looks dirty as hell too

What’s not to like about wings? I bring my son here once a month and we indulge. Get the Hickory BBQ, lemon pepper and original hot with fries and vege sticks to make a meal you can’t beat.

Ordered through DoorDash and it took more than 60 min to get the order confirmed by the restaurant. The wings are very greasy and have some«meat-smell» inside. Not as good as Buffalo Wild Wings. And staff are quite careless: they spelled my name and got the wrong order at first.

I always go for their Lemon Pepper wings well done. It stays crispy even if don’t finish it and reheat the next day. Service is great here.

Place I went to was clean and the staff was polite and helpful a tad underwhelmed by the wings themselves and the amount of salt in the food. But otherwise its a pretty good eatery.

Dont like going places where the employee working the register(person touching dirty money) is the same person preparing my food.

Louisiana rub bone in chicken wings are the way to go. I’ve never really been a fan of boneless chicken wings that are served anywhere… Why? Bc that meat prob came from the chickens’ breast and you can’t compare the texture to the good old meat on the wings. I usually order online for pick up, never really had a problem with service when I do that. Though the one time I placed an order at the restaurant I felt like they took forever to make my food.

I haven’t even tried the wings yet. 1 hour wait on a 20 piece while my wife and kid are waiting in the car. Never again.

Its a wingstop, so dont expect any surprises. the wings are always great. its what they are known for, franchise wide. as for me, the staff is what sold this place and separates it from the rest. They are always very professional and nice. Not overly fake nice. Just respectful and helpful if you need something. so its perfect. parking is in a shopping area so its plentiful. cajun style wings, everytime. thought id throw that out there.

The food is fine BUT the service is horrible. The staff is so unapologetically slow in delivering orders. Even orders placed over the phone.

I was wary to try this place, as I’d been to the one in Hollywood.(That one was less than acceptable in taste, service and wait time. Which I’m sure is why they shut down.) This location is far superior. The staff is cool, helpful, friendly as hell! The Mango-Habanero chicken and well done fries are my usual order and they always make em to perfection. Can’t compliment this place enough, though I should slow down how often I visit them!

So far so good, customer service can alway be better, manager shouldn’t be outside chatting away all night. Food is good and they have accommodated our small changes.

Great service, took longer than what they said but they got rush can’t be mad. I’m happy they didn’t scream out my order(25piece!), but called my name instead lol

I have to say, I’m torn by this place. I really love their wings, but damn, I’m SO sick of ordering online, going to pick it up only to find out they didn’t even start on my order, yet… and this is AFTER my pick-up time! I’ve order from here frequently(probably once or twice a month) and it never fails. Maybe they should, I don’t know, put their damned printer ABOVE the counter, so it’s right there in front of their employees, rather than having them look for new orders all the time? Maybe hook up a sound to it so they know when an order comes in?

So let me start off by saying I love wingstop! But my experience from tonight makes me NEVER want to support this specific location. Walked in, super excited because I’m about to get some wings. Ordered our food. My name is Aileen and soon they call the order for«Arlene.» So my boyfriend goes and picks up the order thinking it was ours, but we put the order under his name. Yes, this was OUR bad. BUT, what happened next was where we were really insulted. So we were about to leave when we see the cashier walking around the parking lot, angrily looking into cars. Understood it was our bad for taking the wrong order. But then my boyfriend went back in after checking the order wasn’t ours and returned the untouched order. When our real order was called, he went up and was spoken to in the rudest tone. The cashier tonight said«Oh you’re ______, how did you mix up Arlene from ______?!» My boyfriend goes, «I thought you took my girlfriend’s name down, because her name is Aileen.» The cashier then rebutted, «you need to listen with your ears.» He said this a couple of times.(pointing to his ear, like my boyfriend didn’t know what body part to listen with?) He did all this in front of a line of customers… My boyfriend then said, «yea, that was my bad but you don’t need to tell me what to do, I know that was my bad.» then left. Wingstop is yummy, but go to a different location where customer service is a priority and they don’t make the customers feel stupid.

To manager: Your staff needs to work on professional customer service … Very unprofessional and staff doesn’t want to take orders when I walked in… this is not how a fast food chain is supposed to be run
