We had a great experience with Window Collections! They are very detailed, the installers know what they are doing, and the Fabrics are truly beautiful! My husband went into the showroom they have to view all of the motorized options and he said he loved the many displays he could choose from. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend them!

This company is one of the worst that I have ever worked with as an interior designer. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Their pricing is totally out of line with other vendors and what you get for it is well below industry standard. Their customer service is entirely unacceptable, i have had install dates moved 6 times, including last minute(night before) that were canceled. The install team is totally embarrassing, they are not professionals and my clients were horrified. The quality of the work is totally subpar — and the customer service is at a total zero. And most importantly, the owner, is entirely unprofessional, unpredictable and unstable. I will never work with them again. Stay away.

DONOT buy anything here. They installed my shutters a few years ago and I noticed recently some damage, so naturally I decided to contact them. When I called to check on the warranty of my damaged shutters Dave told me they don’t cover exposure to elements. Wait!!! What elements, we live in LA, it never rains here. I tried to understand how they came to that conclusion, but Dave was unable to give me an answer other than«we determined it was an exposure issue.» Long story short, they will not fix the shutters. People, be smart; shop elsewhere.

I went to Window Collections for several coverings in my home. From the start, I was put off by the owner’s demeanor. But I hired them anyway because they were recommended by a design professional. I’m really sorry I didn’t listen to my instincts! After the owner redid my invoice when I requested a change, I noticed he had tacked on an extra $ 350 to the price. I confronted him and he apologized and laughed it off– ha ha looks like I was trying to steal from you. I went forward with him anyway. Our bedroom drapes arrived 8 weeks later. They were the wrong size. He offered to install them anyway. I said no. Also I told them I did not want to pay the full price until the correct drapes were at our house. The owner said he couldn’t believe I didn’t trust them! And then he said he would no longer work with me. Worst customer service. Disorganized office staff. Don’t use them.
