What took me so long to find this place. Awesome massages, chiropractor, and the personal trainers whip you into shape. You hardly find a place that cares about their patients. If you get the 30 minute massage, I highly recommend that you try the hour massage on your next visit.

Short Review:
— Incredibly incompetent receptionist with the memory of a fish.
— Location looks great if I could ever get an appointment.
I couldn’t believe how difficult it was to not only make an appointment but to communicate simple facts like appointments and schedules, hoping she’d comprehend them. Spoiler alert: She didn’t.
After rescheduling me for 6:30pm later this week (today) I called to confirm to the appointment and she had no record of moving my time. So to further avoid confusion, I went down around 3:30 to hand in my insurance to get everything set, which I was told I’d receive a call shortly to update me. I never received a call and therefore around 5pm I called her back to inquire about the insurance and she told me two things: Your insurance isn’t covered… and the insurance company is closed (meaning she called to confirm my insurnace and they closed at 5). As I started to feel as confused as she was, she constantly had to ‘ask her manager’, because she’s clearly inept.
This location is in the building I work at and I have no interest in returning unless there’s a receptionist who actually knows what they’re doing. Super friendly but again. Incredibly incompetent. Please. so you don’t lose anymore business, GET A NEW RECEPTIONIST.

Great service and amazing results!

Ask for Nelson if you want a deep tissue massage. He’s the best, he beats you up, but at the end, you walk away like a new person. He’s been my therapist since 2 years ago. I don’t think you could find anyone better than him.

Last week was my first time here and I must say this place is fabulous! Service was friendly by all the staff and the doctor that saw me was very helpful. I already scheduled my next appointment for massage therapy. I felt a big difference this morning in my shoulder. I have had pain the past month and it felt much better already.

I really want to like this place because my bf and I enjoy their massages… But it’s impossible to make an appointment I’ve been trying to set one up for the last 3 weeks but the receptionist will take down ur name and ur number and assures to call u back but they never call you back NEVER EVER… I always confront her telling her she never calls back all she can say is she needs to talk to her manager… I don’t understand it’s bad business they don’t take care of you… I feel bad for the employees because they’re consumers like me that want to come in for services but the receptionist is lacking… Ugh it’s so frustrating!!!

I love Wilshire Wellness! They are so nice and accommodating. I always feel better after my therapeutic massage or Pilates class. I definitely recommend this spot :)

I came here for neck and back pain issues. I was so sensitive to the touch from the pain, they gave me a massage and and some chiropractic adjustments. I have been back once every other week and I am starting to get back to my active lifestyle which Maz did assure me would happen but I did not think it would be THIS good. Thank you so much Maz for your incredible knowledge and Shean for assuring me I was in good hands and making me feel so comfortable with every visit. I have recommended this place to family and friends, and will continue to do so!

Love love this place! I’ve been coming to this place for my back/​shoulder pain for years and have referred all of my colleague and friends here. Deep tissue massage all the way! Your insurance will covers all of it (I’ve had UMR and Aetna and both are covered). Friendly office staff, great physical therapists, punctual and professional. Do your body a favor and treat it well and book yourself an appointment.

The ambiance of Wilshire Wellness Center is very peaceful, relaxing, clean, amazing energy and professionalism from the staff. Thank you so much for healing me and restoring my body to health. I am truly grateful to experience acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, ultra sound, physical therapy, and pilates all under one roof.

Over the last few weeks I had really been struggling to relax and unwind at the end of the day. My stress levels were high and my sleep, restless. For this reason I Unilocaled wellness and tadam!!! I found Wilshire wellness and gave them a shot. From the moment I arrived the staff was very greetful and welcoming.
My treatment included adjustment, electric stim, and the best massage ever. After one visit I was able to feel a huge difference in my overall wellbeing. Can’t wait for

Wilshire Wellness is reliable, customer friendly and has every solution for chronic pain. I was first drawn to the the soothing back-​splash waterfall (at the main entrance), the exquisite orchids, and amazing floor plans they provide their customers.
Dr. Maz, Shawn & staff we’re very nice and listened to every question and concern I had. They pin-​pointed what I needed done to my knee and set me up with one of the best Doctors.
When I went in for my knee, Dr. Menefee diagnosed the issue and knew exactly what needed to be done. After «ONE» session my knee started feeling 100% better.
Thanks for taking care of me WW. I would recommend this place to anyone out there.

I bought a Groupon for this place, it was a «Use Now» Groupon, and I called immediately to schedule an appointment.
I ended up canceling my purchase because, although they said they are open at 7am, and my Groupon was for a same day appointment, I tired calling and didn’t get an answer. I left a message, but didn’t get a response. I tried calling sometime later, again no answer. This happened throughout the day. Eventually, I got fed up and cancelled. Not sure what the deal is, but that seems to be pretty unprofessional.

I’ve stopped going here all together.
I could go on about men walking into the room without knocking (more than once) and about how my car is damaged because they don’t have adequate parking and the person who was supposed to move my car couldn’t figure out how to use a Nissan stick shift (obviously it’s my cars fault because it doesn’t go in reverse-​or at least that’s what he said).
But what it boils down to is that I believe that since the center opened, the owners have lost their focus and it has become all about the dollars and less about the service.
What a shame.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. And best of all the massage therapists are phenomenal! There’s someone for every type of massage you’re looking for. If you want really deep tissue you must try Nelson or Irina.
I can’t believe my health insurance covers all of the services they provide. I wish I would have known about this place sooner. I recently found out that my insurance even covers personal training. Their trainer Christina, («Trainer Tina»), is awesome!!! She’s very knowledgeable and always switches up the workouts which keeps things interesting and fun. And just stretching with her has helped sooo much. She also gave me a lot of information on nutrition which was great.
Wilshire Wellness definitely get 2 thumbs up!

Amazing, beautiful, serene… relief. Pain in my shoulder, relieved… my wife’s back pain… gone…I had my initial assessment, and in just 10 minutes this Masseuse named Nelson relieved my tendinitis pain and then relieved pain in other areas I didn’t know I had pain in. I was like, man this guy is magic!

Dr. Barry (or Berry) has a great bed-​side manner and will develop a program to help you out!
