poor phone customer service. I called for a question about making a copy and was hung up on because it wasn’t considered important enough at the moment

Extremely professional. I was locked out and they arrived so quickly and completed the job so precisely without any delays. I love dealing with these types of companies. No delays, no drama, true experts of their craft.

Wow I am surprised this place is still in business! The man who works behind the counter is extremely rude, aggressive, and nasty. He yelled at me when I told him that they messed up both of my keys saying I didn’t know what I was talking about. He raised his voice and didn’t let me answer his questions or speak. Who is he, a dictator? I was very disappointed with my experience here. Avoid this place at all costs!

A few months ago I was locked out of my car on Olympic and La Cienega. After calling locksmith after locksmith I finally came across these guys and they were able to sort me out without much hassle at all. Very professional and personable people, I recommend these guys to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and affordable services.

I love this place — 1. It’s super convenient and fast. 2. The keys always work(unlike many other places, as odd as that is), but most of all 3. The owner is the friendliest! He asks me how I’m doing and chit chats as he makes my keys. I honestly always go here when I need them. Haven’t needed a locksmith in a dire situation(yet?), but you better believe they’re who I’d call if I did.

I had a lockout from my apartment on Robertson-Pico. I think it was Sunday late at night after I came home from L.A. Fitness. I called this place as I had my keys done there when I moved to L.A. and luckily had their card. I was astounished at how quickly the guy came and how friendly he was even though it was late at night on Sunday. I always stop by the store on Wilshire now for me keys. Keys are gone quickly and efficiently while I handle my business at other places. I have always found parking too even during rush hour!

The man(owner I’m guessing) working this small locksmith station is disgusting. I went in yesterday, so excited about moving and ready to get my new key made! Unfortunately, I ended up leaving extremely disrespected and upset. When I first arrived, I asked for a copy of one key. Somehow there was a misunderstanding about how many keys I wanted and the man started to make two copies. After seeing him making more than one copy of the key, I told him how I only needed one extra key, but two all together. I could see that this made him upset, so I apologized for the misunderstanding and still offered to pay for both keys. It was only five dollars! Not sure what this mans deal was, but, after that, he practically threw my original key at me and told me he wasn’t going to help me. THEN, he called me a «fucking stupid idiot bitch», and walked away to go to a parking attendant and laughed about it. I guess its hilarious to disrespect women like that, eh? Now I’m sorry, but this man may need anger management if he’s upset about a measly five dollars. When you’re working a customer service job, you need to give your costumer respect. HELLO?! I will never go there again. I suggest you never do either. I hope this guy thinks twice before he lets his temper gets the best of him. I’m not sure how I pissed him off so badly! I am a very polite person. Especially to people I’m paying to do something for me. I called the Better Business Bureau I am expecting a formal apology soon! I just couldn’t let someone get away with this. I ended up getting a wonderful all pink key made not too far at Midway Locksmith on Fairfax. Go there if you need a key made in that area! Thanks for reading! :)
