Piss poor! The service is horrible! And I had a hot dog that taste like a chemical experiment! Had stomach flu for two days! It’s really sad because it’s been a Crenshaw institution for decades! Hopefully they will get it together soon before it’s gone

If i could give a negative review i would. Service was horrible, i also got food poisoning and a hair in my chili dog which i ended up finding later and threw away the food. Also the korean owner guy is incredibly rude and racist. I will never go here again worst experience ever. Do not recommend. Stay away

I was walking back from the Walmart on Crenshaw and I decided to get some French fries. They don’t have a walk up window or maybe just tonight they didn’t.I know before they did though. The fries were better than Mcdonalds. Im a fan bigtime. I didn’t want anything else because I was walking to the train station but the sundaes looked good. I say Hell NO to the hot dogs. They didn’t have any vegetarian Hotdogs so I couldn’t even think about indulging. Its a doable place if im back on Crenshaw walking to or from Walmart again. The sitdown area is pretty nice insdie. Im sure ill be back to try their sundays and more fries.

They shouldn’t put rude people on the pick up window. I felt like I was bothering him interrupting his texting. get paid to help people not use your damn phone. And I didn’t know asking for ketchup was such a hard f@#$ing job

So this use to be my splurge place when I wanted to treat myself to less than healthy food even though I always feel a little queasy the next day. My usual order is their chili cheese fries & sometimes an all beef chili cheese dog, as I do not eat PORK. So needless to say I was shocked to learn from another location that PORK is in their chili. Who puts PORK in chili??? To top it off they don’t disclose it. The only reason I found out is because I told the order taker to make sure my hotdog was beef because I don’t eat PORK& that’s when he did the big PORK reveal. This was a several months ago & I’m still upset about it after reaching out to the company for an explanation & they confirmed it does contain PORK. I think I’m going to have to take this to social media to get some results because people have health issues & can’t eat certain foods & the fact that they use PORK in their chili should be disclosed.

I’m pissed off… Went to this location just now and ordered 2 beef hot dogs with mustard, relish and onions. Why the hell my hot dogs have mayo on them??? Waste of my money. Can’t return as the parking lot and front street area is filled with bikers, low riders and people just hanging out blocking access. Took me 5 minutes just to get out if the drive-thru once I finally got my food.

This is my favorite Wienerschnitzel in LA. They’ve been around for a long time but they’ve gotten a brand new eating area. It’s so clean and comfortable, no more pigeons trying to steal your french fries. Every time i go here i have to eat the chili cheese fries! So addicting.

This location was recently remodeled. Now you can enjoy a great looking dining area equipt with bullet proof glass. I’d never seen bullet proof glass at a wienerschnitzel before. Anyway the young cashier guy who I won’t name keeps messing up my orders. He’s clearly uncomfortable in the front so I feel bad. Maybe he’s partially deaf? Whatever next time I’ll write down my order. He’s not the only screw up though, check your bag before you leave.

I’m always a bit nervous coming to this location but as time has passed I feel better doing the whole«walk up to order» thing despite the people who always seem to loiter around. There is no indoor seating yet, but they remade the patio and drive-thru to be a bit nicer. The food is always pretty good; I’ve never had a problem as the other reviewers share; but It seems to me all Wienerschnitels have their share of «not fancy restaurant» happenings. Let it be known: This isn’t Pink’s! it’s a generic hot dog place with decent cheap food that you can get in a pinch or if you just get a chili dog craving. I never seem to order enough food here lol… I’m still hungry when I’m done and I love the corn dogs. My current trend is the 100% angus chili cheese dog combo with a corn dog. drink would be lemonade or Mountain dew. I come here a lot when I’m debating the wingstop or on my bike in the area, so I’ve been here a few times.

I like the food here, it just always take Soooo long. They have a new remodel with three total windows, but for some reason I still wait for at least 15 min. Plus customer service is not at all 5 stars

For something that has been in the neighborhood for quite some time and has been through a well-needed remodel, you’d think they would have it together, right? LOL. The orders always get botched here. ALWAYS. Onions on food when specifically asked not to be. Missing food. Burnt food. No napkins. But they’ll charge you for everything and more. Every now and then they’ll put someone at the window that speaks condescendingly to customers. It’s enough to make you stop eating here. If you happen to be going towards La Brea, go to the Weinerschitzel there. No drive-thru but way better customer service.
