Nice small skate shop near the Doll Factory. They have a limited selection of skates available to try on, but it’s still has enough to get a feel for some or to get a basic set up. More skates are available by order.
I came by to try on either new knee pads and/​or gaskets. I tried on a few and settled on some Smith Scabs. The staff was helpful in ensuring proper fit and recommended to wear both pads and gaskets to help save my knees.
The shop was pretty busy this weekend, so maybe if you are needing a lot of help you should come during less busy hours so the staff can focus solely on you.
It’s a small shop, so it was a bit overwhelming when it was at it’s busiest while I was there. Everyone was very nice and helpful, however. Mention your league affiliation for a discount.

THANK you, CHERRYLICIOUS!!! She took her time with me. She helped me pick the right pair of skates, had me try on several different ones to see which ones I liked, she never tried to talk me into the more expensive ones. She fitted me for everything I needed and explained to me all I needed to know. Gave her recommendations but was never pushy to make the sale. I was there for a couple of hours and she never made me feel like I was taking up her time. This store definitely gets two thumbs up! I will definitely make the drive from the I.E. for whatever I need to get.
I would recommend this place to anyone.

Bless you Cherry and Wicked! A frantic fellow Meat and myself ran in to the store just before closing. Cherry took her time and fitted us both for helmets, including making name/​number stickers! She also helped me choose/​size elbow pads and gave me a referral for someone to repair my skate plate! I am so grateful for awesome service and a rad product selection. Long live Wicked!

I came pretty much straight off the plane from New Zealand with no pads, no mouthguard and worn-​down toestops. Cherrylicious helped me pick out brand new stuff and fitted me with pads that will work for me in the long run. Really happy with the service at this place and definitely recommend it.

WICKED IS AWESOME! B-​Train and the rest of the Staff are SO helpful! It can be a little tough getting a hold of someone over the phone but they respond to your email’s right away! I am SO pleased with my new SHE DEVIL Skates! The Tuner Wheels were to wide for me, I should have looked into that more when I ordered my skates but No Big Deal because WICKED made my exchange SUPER EASY, my new wheels were here before I even assumed they had shipped out, SUPER Exciting! Thanks WICKED, I will for sure be back again and again!

Their store is amazing, full of everything you need and all the fun/​cool/​naughty indulgences you MUST have.
If you don’t have it, they will find it, order it, or incubate it for you and hatch whatever you need when you need it.
As vendors, gracious, helpful, informative and their booth was professional, fun and they have mastered the fine art of having a blast and running a business with style.

I have ordered from Wicked many times and have always had a great experience. I’ve had custom jackets and shirts made, ordered accessories and roller derby gear. The package always arrives super fast to be halfway across the US and with a tracking number AND packaged carefully! Prices are average and shipping rates are below average to average.

Yowza! I love Wicked so much, and I can’t believe that we finally have one in LA.
Wicked is the go-​to place for all of your roller derby needs.
They’ve got shirts, shorts, skirts, gear, skates, wheels… And they do printing! So if you need your skate name printed up, they’ve got you covered.
Their website has a lot on it — the LA location seems a little small, so I’d suggest calling ahead to make sure they have what you need.
Out of the few times I’ve been here, the staff has been incredibly helpful and accommodating, not to mention patient with me.
