RUN! Overall this company is crap. I called at least 7 times to ask a question about billing, and they transfer me to corporate or leave me on hold forever. Also, my grown daughter went on her own to get braces and they see fit to add my name to the account and send me bills. That’s a NO NO! Also, I’ve never seen an office as clean as in these pictures.

Please if you can go to a different company go. Avoid this crappy service.
To start the receptionists are not friendly. When you walk in there they look at you as if they owe you money and you are there to collect or as if you are interrupting their very important conversation about what club they were at the night before (hang over perhaps)
Watch out for their manager, because she will try to bind you to a 4 year contract for braces that you or your children doesn’t need. She is very good at doing that!
Specially to people that speak Spanish only, She will get tie you to a 4 to 5 thousand dollars on a 4 year contract. It happened to me!!!
They will charge you $ 35 for late fees, buy they will also send you some because either the DR. didn’t show up or they don’t have the necessary equipment to take care of your teeth and you will not be able to do anything about it (Charge them for the efen day you lost of off work)
Anyhow, they experience there is horrible. Take your business somewhere else. I mean if they are going to rip you off, might as well go with somebody that will smile at you when you walk in.
On the 19^th of June was my last payment to them after 4 years and I am so happy that I am done with them. I really do wish some people can see this review and go elsewhere or at least speak to people that have done their teeth there so you can hear directly from the, how bad they are.
I know my grammar sucks, but the point its made. I was ripped off by them and I allowed it to happen by not doing my research before walking in that door.
