Honest and full of integrity. Called Nathaniel on the recommendation of a neighbor, and he was everything he was promised to be. He wasn’t trying to sell me a new $ 6,000 heating system and was actually eager to help me repair my 55+ year old system. Unfortunately, due to some venting issues, the system can’t be repaired until those are resolved. Nathaniel could have fixed it and left me with an unsafe system. Instead, he spent 45 minutes crawling around my dusty attic, and then refused to take any money. Refreshing to see someone who thinks old things can be repaired instead of ending up in a landfill. If you want an honest assessment and a cost-​conscious repair, he’s your guy.

nathaniel is the best, most honest, reliable ac guy out there. we had a problem with our ac about 6 years ago. we brought in all of the «reliable, honest» big guys and they all said it was over and we needed to fully replace out a/​c. for somewhere around $ 15,000−20,000. thee truth is, most of the big companies are lazy and not that knowledgeable.
Nathan came in and solved our issue with an $ 8.00 part. He is green and an engineer. he is more concerned with saving the space in a landfill and solving your problem than he is with making money.
He has now saved our AC two more times. most recently, he thought it might be over. But after getting up on the roof, he solved the problem YET AGAIN! he managed to fix what was broken and save everything else. Coincidently, he saved us a ton of money and effort.
We love Nathaniel and honestly, we wouldn’t hire anyone else to touch our heating and air. he is a genuinely good person and VERY SKILLED at his craft.
