Good food and reasonable prices. Very friendly staff & accomodating. I had the Baked Scallop & it came with miso soup. My friend had the Bento box which was very fullfilling. It was a complete meal. Would definitely recommend if you’re around the area.

I love this place. I love their miso soups. I come here very often and always order chicken fried rice and shrimp fried rice. Also, their CA rolls are great as well. I recently order the chicken teriyaki and it was delicious! Have to admit the salad that came with it was gross. probably wasn’t washed or maybe old, but it had a weird, nasty taste. Other than that, food is delicious! Most of the time it’s packed during the day. I usually go around 6 and most times it has been empty.

The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because I’ve had better servings before. I’m just a little confused how they can charge $ 7 for 4 small pieces of ca roll, tuna and miso soup…

If you’re looking for an unpleasant experience look no further. Fried noodles tasted terrible, when I asked to swap it for the house salad they refused. Paid for a meal I took a couple bites out of. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

I eat here at least 3 times a week. The service and food is great ! I like that it is affordable and family owned. I love a good deal. The only down side is now they charge an addition dollar for fish on the bento meal. I always try new things here and they never disappoint.

I am not coming back! I expect a lot when it came to Japanese ramen noodles in downtown LA, but this one is forgettable. I’d rather make cup ramen…

I love this place. I tried lunch bento box yesterday and also today. I can pick two items so i had dongatcu and chicken teriyaki. And they included four abocado rolls, salad, rice and miso soup for free. Price is worth it.

I ordered by phone and was told it would take 15minutes. However when I got there, nothing was ready. It took them 40 minutes just to prepare chicken curry rice. Ridiculous. I ordered two days ago. Different food. Same waiting time. They’re wasting my time. Very annoyed.

Poor quality food… the fish tastes too fishy. The California rolls taste old, and the rice smells like funky. The service is rushed and the bill is hand written so it’s hard to read. The waitress actually over charged us and almost got away with it.

Stopped in here randomly for lunch. Ordered the chicken katsu curry and 4 gyoza. Food was great for the price. Service was fast and the prices were pretty good. The place itself is a little run down, but still clean. Will def try again to sample their noodles.

I need a word bigger than AMAZING to describe this place! Omg! Great, Cheap, Fresh sushi! The service was great and the food was so fresh and we’ll seasoned. Hint… don’t try that chili powder on the table… it almost took me out! But everything was great. I loved it. Especially if you’re visiting the city and want to find a hidden jewel amongst the Carl Jr’s and Mikey D’s. Go here! You can eat until you’re stuffed for $ 15.

This place has the cheapest sushi around. My entire family of 4 can gorge themselves for around $ 30. Only downside is that they don’t have a soda fountain so be aware that if you order soda it’ll come in a can.

I like to come here for a quick lunch on weekdays. They have a lunch menu where you can pick two items which comes with salad, soup and rice for only $ 9. Very affordable and good for its price.

Came to pick up some ramen, sashimi and noodles. They say they deliver but it seems like they ONLY deliver two blocks away. That is not delivery. At least 3 – 5 miles it should be. So we picked up but not much parking street that is. They do have a private parking but you gotta pay. So we got home and looked at the sashimi that was funny. Because it looks so weak. The imitation crab and ebi was a joke. The buttery ramen was ok I’ve had way way way better. The chasu ramen was ok. The Yakisoba was bland no taste. Salmon skin was more salmon that skin. All I tasted was avocado and salmon. Spicy tuna was aight. Service was a little slow. Only one person to do cashier, waitress and hostess. The happy hour menu looks good. I think we will go there for happy hour if we go back.

Okay I’m being super generous here because the one woman waitressing act was great and should be noted. The food is cheap and okay. Ramen was only okay, very generic and fast food tasting — tad saltier than I would like. The sushi was a better choice. It’s satisfying if you’re craving sushi and it’s cheap. Don’t be bringing your high sushi expectations though. Great one woman service. A block from the closest Metro and right next to Wilshire Spa almost.

**3.5 stars** We saw this place across the street from our hotel(The Line) and decided to try it since we were car-less. It’s right in the middle of Koreatown and in the a small strip of other restaurants. We were seated right away with a friendly smile by our waitress bringing us water. We ended up getting spicy salmon rolls, philadelphia rolls, chicken teriyaki and a ramen dish called mabo tofu with tofu and a thick, creamy sauce. The prices are incredibly cheap so we were in hopes of good food at least for the price. –Sushi rolls were delicious and fresh. I wish they would have put more of the sauce on top of sushi because it was damn good! –Chicken teriyaki was flavorful, lots of sauce(I’m a sauce girl) and a good amount of grilled onions on top. A nice big portion of chicken also! –I especially enjoyed the sauce on the ramen noodles, it was the perfect amount, getting every inch of the noodles and a huge portion too. I’m a huge fan of tofu so the tofu chunks were good and a great compliment to the noodle dish. Our meal came out to under $ 30 with drinks — so if you’re trying to save while on vaca or just want a cheap meal for the day this is the place to go to. Quick, efficent and inexpensive for the win!
