PLEASEDONTHIRETHISGUYS !!! I received an email to work for this company here in San Francisco 3 months ago, and they didn’t pay to me, the client says that she pays to the company but they didn’t cancel to me any dollar. please don’t hire this people. I called several times to get paid and now they don’t answer my calls anymore.

I helped coordinate my friend’s bachelorette party in Palm Springs last month. Our bachelorette wasn’t into the idea of having a stripper, so we thought okay, let’s keep it semi-classy and go the manservant route(have a hot guy make drinks, clean up, take pics, etc). We found Waiters in Boxers online and they seemed reasonable. Arnold(the company owner) was great to deal with at first, he sent us photos of the guys to choose from and stayed in communication with me the whole time… all great, until the night before our waiter was supposed to come. Arnold emailed me at 10PM the night before: «Are you driving from LA by chance?» Hm. That’s a weird email. Me: «Yep, we got to the house earlier today. We’ll see you guys tomorrow!» He called me the next morning in a panic, the day that we had made arrangements and asked if I could go pick up the guy from the Ontario airport! Uhhhh, NO. That’s far and it’s a bachelorette party… we’ve already started having mimosas so no way was I driving to Ontario. Apparently, this guy was supposed to car pool to Palm Springs and didn’t have a car of his own to take to the house. Arnold told me not to worry and that he’d handle it… nope. He called back a couple of hours later and said our guy wasn’t coming, nothing he could do, sorry. I told him I thought it was unprofessional of him to cancel so last minute as well as ask a client to go pick up his employee to which he lashed out and said«Don’t you call me unprofessional! I’m under so much stress and am not even in the area!» Wish I’d known that, wouldn’t have used your service at all then. I gave up arguing with him after a while and figured best thing to do was ask for a refund, which I’ve finally gotten nearly a month later. He also offered me a free voucher for next time, which I will not be taking him up on. They ARE unprofessional. Obviously, this is a business driven by special events, and special events should be treated that way, meaning you need to plan/confirm your employees’ transportation ahead of time and last minute cancellations with snippy owners are NOT okay.
