WaBa Grill

So ive been to many waba grills and by far this is the worse ive had, the food was ediable but not worth thr price… hopefully it was an off day, today my dish was most rice, and the meat items chicken and beef were hard, cheewy, and very little… will not ever go back to this location again!

Did someone say WaBa Grill? So came to LA for a mini vacay and had to try this place. Let me say the portions look small but they fill your stomach to satisfaction. I am a healthy type of fit guy and their orders are Macro Friendly (calories are low). Their sauce is addicting, was hoping to be able to buy their WaBa sauce so now I’m on the hunt for some to buy. For sure def coming back to get more food

When I’m in the neighborhood I like to come to Waba Grill. The food is always fresh and the salmon is wild (not farm-​raised.

I’m a fan of Waba grill because it provides a substantial vegetarian fast food option. Yes waba grill is like an upgraded yoshinoya BUT you can get a bowl with tofu! I got half steamed veggies and half grilled tofu in a teriyaki sauce on top of brown rice. It was 7 dollars plus tax.
The grilled tofu was pretty good and I liked that the veggies were crunchy and not overcooked. It’s not the most delicious vegetarian food you can get, but it’s pretty healthy and convenient.
You can get extra sauce at no charge but I guess because not many people order the tofu, it’s a longer wait time. Other than a half veggie half tofu bowl you can get an all veggie bowl, there aren’t that many vegetarian options.
But again, waba grill comes through with a healthy and filling vegetarian meal when you’re on the go.

It was pretty good. Sauce for they beef was nice. Probably won’t come back. Felt like overpriced fast food. Healthier I guess.

First time in WaBa Grill. It was clean and the food was tasty and inexpensive. The cashier was really friendly too. Would recommend to friends if you’re looking for a quick meal.

Waba Grills is perfect for a quick lunch! I’ve forgotten my lunch at home more times than I can count but I know Waba has my back! I’ve been to a couple but this location in particular is exceptionally clean and the staff is friendly! I always get the chicken/​veggie combo!

I love this place. Come here all the time because the chicken bowls are always tasty and on point. They’re usually pretty fast, and they’re teriyaki sauce is killer. So happy there’s a fast, healthy option in my neighborhood.

Waited almost 45 mins for a to go order and when I asked for it, I saw it just on the kitchen table. Never again.

Came here for dinner yesterday for the first time, and thought the food was pretty good, reasonably priced, and healthy. Reminds me of flamebroiler, but with seafood options like salmon and shrimp. Got to try the half and half veggie bowl and shrimp bowl, which totaled to about $ 18. I like that they do not charge extra for brown rice, but their brown rice was very dry. The bowls were smaller than I expected, since they are pretty shallow, especially in comparison to flame broiler. I liked that you can help yourself to green onions as well as picked carrots/​jalapeño slices, and the teriyaki and hot sauces. The chicken was okay. I really liked the beef, it was thinly sliced and soft and tasty. The shrimp was tasty, but came with three skewers, and each had three very small grilled shrimp. The steamed veggies were fine-​broccoli, carrots, and cabbage. I must say that overall, I do prefer flame broiler, but if you are in the area and looking for a quick, cheap, healthy meal, then this is not a bad choice. There is also a Yogurtland next door, which is definitely a plus. And there’s ample parking in the plaza, which is a big positive, especially in this area.
