I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Joy Han and the Voom, VaVa and James & Joy lines! I have an entire row in my closet dedicated to this brand. THIS is loyalty! I grew up in my 20’s to early 30’s with Betsy Johnson and moved to Joy Han in my mid-30’s to 40’s. The main reason we outgrow a brand is whether we can still pull it off and the brand can grow with us. Her cuts and styles are so complementary. I can buy online in the same size and it always fits right! I love the three lines for different reasons — James and Joy for business and everyday wear, Vava for something fun but casual and versatile and Voom for that extra special touch! I often buy online because I DO KNOW what to expect and the boutiques that carry the apparel are top notch with great customer service and a decent delivery time. I have been to the store on Melrose (my favorite shopping district in Los Angeles) for the indie designers. The store is pretty and the staff accommodating! What more can I say…

The service is WOW!
I went there last night to look for a nice green dress and even though I didn’t find what I was looking for (I already had an image of what I want and wasn’t going to buy anything else), but the girls were really nice and helpful!
Highly recommend this place!
They have tons of very cute dresses for a really funny price (in a good way)) — almost EVERYTHING was on sale (!), so I will definitely be back!

The dresses are a bit pricey, but wait until they go on sale. Most of them will be marked down 50−70%. The chances of it selling out are slim and you can be rewarded for your patience! I own a couple of dresses from here and I love them all. It’s unique, cute, and affordable (at the sale price).

Shopped here on a Saturday and EVERYTHING was 70% off, so that was pretty cool when I spent $ 70 on a $ 200 dress. (Does that mean the dresses are marked up?)
I tried a bunch of stuff that didn’t work for me, then I asked the ladies who worked there to help and we found the most unique and beautiful dress that fits me like a glove. I don’t know if I would have tried it on without their help… there are sooo many things to look at.
Would definitely go back in the future to see what they have going on. All the dresses are by one designer and made out of beautiful, real silk. Very fun store!

Sure, the clothes here might not all be worth their price tag… but if you’re looking for one of kind pieces that make you look like a knock-​out, it’s worth it. Plus, it’s super L.A. trendy if you’re into that look.

The dresses at Voom are all very colorful in luscious silk.
The designs and cuttings are pretty simplistic. The focus is the vibrant colors and bold patterns on the fabric. They are definitely unique and trendy.
The tees and other items, however, are not very exciting.

Points taken out because I think the clothings here are way overpriced! Their selections are really trendy, unique and i love the dresses that they have in the store… However, i left without buying anything since most of their clothings are priced above $ 80 =(
