I came here 2 months ago, but the experience made such an impression I decided to write a review. The salespeople were friendly, candid and knowledgeable about their products. Joseph helped me out and he was awesome. I left quite ecstatically with a pony hair and leather clutch at a very reasonable price point. It is so supple and so lush I find myself unconsciously stroking it whenever I wear it out lol: x Also, the brand is awesome and I never have any reason to doubt the quality of their products.

When clothes are at this price point, you expect a certain level of service.
The girls at Vince deliver. They’re friendly and always happy to offer advice along with a bottle of Evian or Pellegrino.
Luba remembered the exact sweater I was interested in on my second visit, and emailed me a heads-​up on their seasonal sale.
Jordan helped me price match a jacket that had gone on sale after I purchased it.
They sometimes have stuff on sale that is full-​priced at Nordstroms, so be sure to check here first.
If there’s one complaint, there can be a wait for fitting rooms when the store is super busy.
Otherwise, I prefer this location to the Melrose one (the staff is more attentive).
As for the clothes themselves, Vince has some of the softest knits.

I was shopping at the Grove last week for a leather jacket and came across the new Vince store. Stores like Vince are usually a little above my price range but I wanted to buy a quality leather jacket and their Scuba is just so much nicer than everything else I have seen from other shops. Even though they were a high end shop, every salesperson was incredibly friendly and helpful and that along with the amazing style of their clothing will keep me coming back for special items.
