Village Green Owners Assn

I lived here for 8 years and moved out two years ago. I moved to a somewhat comparable place across from La Brea. Gloria Homes. Now management here compared to Village Green is a dream. I missed living at Village Green. We have the same security company and trust me it is night and day. Platt security at VG is on it. They are friendly too and offer escort. Platt security at Gloria Homes is really bad. They are super lazy and don’t care about anything. Gloria Homes is gated but I felt safer at Village Green.
Village Green maintenance is pretty fast. Put in a request in the morning or the night before and they are knocking on your door at 8:00 am. They have a handle on their parking which I love. One of the many perks of living there. Plenty of parking and no one abuses it because of their strict guidelines. Plenty of parking for guests. They give warning and just don’t tow cars. How they handle their parking is pretty solid. I wish they had that here at Gloria Homes.
It feels like a community living here. That’s why it’s hard to find a place because people stay. Of course crime happens here but it’s a big community. Usually happens in the summer time. I still felt safe living here. You just need to be aware of your surroundings. Even though there’s over 600 units, management company knows who you are. I love the events they have here. The free concerts, the Halloween events for the kids and etc. It’s great that they allow dogs now.
I would definitely live here again. I had to sell my condo because of a divorce but this place is a hidden jem in Los Angeles. One day, I’ll be living here again.
