I cannot review their dental work. Their front office is inept. I waited an hour for them to tell me they had to switch me over to their services, with my insurance, only after I asked. They did not communicate it to me until I asked.
When I made the appointment, nearly a month before, I asked if they wanted my insurance info, she said no.
Okay, so I wasted more than one hour, and finally she tells me to switch it over myself.
I cancelled the appointment, said thank you, and left the office.

Very nice lady, very good dental assistants.
Had a major, deep cleaning *ouch and will eventually go back for zoom teeth whitening (i like to do this every couple of years), new crown, smoothing down of jagged edge, and invisalign braces for lower teeth (i’m a perfectionist).

Honestly, the last three reviews must have been written by the staff’s friends. I booked my mom an appointment with them because they were the only medi-​cal dental provider accepting new patients, and they had decent reviews. My mom went in for a routine cleaning and the guy doing it was literally watching a drama on tv while cleaning her teeth the entire time. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. We are never going back.

Now I used to hate going to the dentist well that was before I was recommended to this dental office by a student. The staff was great in making me feel comfortable and I was at ease the whole time there the Dr was such a sweetheart and explained everything to me I needed a cleaning and I was scared of the treatment but she did an exceptional job my pearly whites are pearly white again yay
Thank you Dr Villaci btw I’m recommending everyone I know here because they are superstars at what they do

I was really nervous to try a new dentist, but my experience at Villacis was very pleasant. The office is very clean & the receptionists were very friendly. I had a dental cleaning & the guy who did it got me out of there really quickly. I met with the dentist to go over my x-​rays. She was very helpful & made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend these guys =.

Nobody LOVES going to the dentist, but I never mind when I have to get work done because this office is awesome. Small but quaint. Everyone is friendly and down to earth. The front office is always accurate and diligent, the techs are sweet and accommodating, and the Dr. Is a sweet heart. She always has my best interest in mind and never looks to make the bigger dollar if unnecessary. Meaning, she won’t tell you you need something unless you do and she will advise you from doing something if it’s not the best plan for you. I’ve been bringing my daughter and myself here for a few years now and we are definitely here to stay. Oh, and the Dr. Is very good at what she does. Extremely happy with my last visit as she corrected a long time cavity that has been making me insecure about my smile for years! Thank you to everyone at Villacis Dental! You are all amazing!
