We stopped by the food court at the mall and although the food at Villa appeared to be very tasty, the stromboli was excessively greasy and flavorless and the pasta we got was also very bland. In addition, the two girls gave terrible customer service, as they were very rude. When we asked for napkins we revived dirty looks and TWO napkins. We’re a family of five. Would definitely not eat here again.

Just visited the mall and wanted something nice to eat.
The food looks great and tastes very good
The price is great for the combo deal
But one thing I didn’t like was the
Customer service. It was very bad.
The two young girls in the front were very rude.
The cook worked very hard in the back to make all the food. He did an excellent job but the customer service was really bad that it makes me not wanting to Come here anymore.

Came to this location inside of the Northridge Fashion Center, while my Car was being looked at over at Sears Auto Center. Every other place had a line, so I figured I would give this a try. For a slice of Pizza and Greek Salad, I would say it isn’t bad. For a quick bite, it’s an okay place to stop and grab food.
Pro’s — The slice of pizza is a good sized slice and very tasty. The Greek salad is also tasty and seemingly fresh.
Con’s — The salad portion seemed a little small, when compared to the overall price of lunch. Also the dressing, seemed a little watered down. It would also be nice if they had some sort of lunch meal deal. If they do, the server didn’t make it known.
The customer service wasn’t bad. The young man was farely friendly and quick to get the order all together.

the workers there are soooo rude!!! if i didnt promise my daughter pizza for dinner, i would have never stopped there in the mall. the people arent friendly and obviously hate on people that look better than they do. they talk $hit about their customers in front of their faces!!! but they’re doing it in a different language so you cant understand, but it’s sooooo obvious that they’re talking shit about you. rude people and i cant believe that there is no other pizza place in the mall. oh yeah, over priced pizza… and COLD pizza too. horrible service, fugly people.

I got the cheese pizza. The pizza is already pre made and they just heat it up in the oven. The size of it is pretty big, which is good because the prices aren’t cheap. Sadly the taste was just decent, nothing spectacular. I am not sure if I will be eating here again with all of the other choices in the food court. I was filled up after eating it though so I guess that is good. The staff was polite but not too friendly but then again it’s a food court.

Didn’t try the pizza but the pastas were so bland we couldn’t finish it. Even a sprinkle of pepper would have been nice. Sadly another eatery that will most likely be gone in a year. Even the broccoli (which was the best part by the way) was stringy and hard to chew as if it was reheated so many times. We always bring left overs to our dog and we felt bad that we didn’t bring her anything back except for a few bites of the garlic bread. I can’t recommend this place at at least don’t get the pastas!

ordered the triple play with a bread, mac and cheese & a cesar salad with ranch plus a small drink. it was almost $ 12, but the food has a lot of flavor in it which makes it really good! :)

Portions are a joke. Stopped with my daughter as they wanted some pasta. They asked if we wanted small or large. We opted for the large so the girls could share. Portion was less than half the bowl. I asked if this was a regular portion and was told that’s what they give. It was seriously a joke. I then asked for extra napkins. They gave me 2 and said that’s all they give? Obviously I never eat here myself and will never be back for even my daughters. Sorry … Not worth an $ 8 plate. Hope they don’t last …

Pretty good pizza. The slice I got, which was pulled from the counter and placed in the oven, was still a bit cold when I sat down in the food court to eat it. So was the Macaroni and Cheese. For the Northridge Fashion Center’s usual foot traffic, I’m sure the turnaround on product is going to be slow. So I wasn’t that upset over the temperature of my food.
The flavor was really tasty. Both the Macaroni and Cheese as well as the pizza filled me up. The friendliness of the staff was also welcoming.
It’s hard to review a place thoroughly that just opened up. But to the owners and staff of this establishment — «welcome to Northridge! You’re very welcome here.»
