Used to come here when it was the Vermont. Love the food, ambiance and prices. Can’t go wrong with the happy hour. Really good cocktails. Went there with friends and then went the following week to satisfy a newly developed craving. I just love the décor — it’s great indoor/outdoor spot. And therefore, it gets the sexy-comfortable seal of approval. *BAM*

Not quite a 3 or 4… Somewhere inbetween– The wait staff was not very well informed about the menu– though they did make an effort when questions were asked– Good attentive service overall– 4 Food — so-so. 3

Funky, see-and-be-seen restaurant and bar in LA. Be cool in the bar until all hours, or clink and munch amongst the beautiful people pretending to eat. If you’re going to be in LA you might as well like you’re in LA, so be trendy. Not oppressively so, though: even regular people can feel cooler here. Recently expanded so it doesn’t feel too crowded, even when it’s full. Regular modern American food, but very well-prepared. Typically salads, sandwiches, chicken and fish for lunch; ribs, pork, lamb, tuna for dinner. There are always vegetarian choices, too, like field mushrooms, spinach and ricotta ravioli served with herbs creamy sauce and Parmesan. Food at lunch will be about $ 12, and a main course at dinner time is about $ 22.
