I met Carlos and his company through mutual friends when I was looking to buy some property for my Aunt in Los Angeles, I heard great things about his diligence and non-​BS approach to helping me look for the right place. I was tired of getting the run-​around from the larger chain real estate companies who did not know LA and our needs.
Carlos found exactly what we wanted, fought for us to get the best deal and was a professional throughout the whole process, always making sure we were in contact when something had to be changed or negotiated. I appreciate the fact that he knows the regulations (found out he was a law School graduate) which put our minds at ease when it came to all the forms that came with purchasing property in LA. He was able to put into Laymen’s terms the whole buying process and always had an answer to our questions, which were many!
I don’t understand the negative review from another reviewer since none of those things did we experience with Carlos, on the contrary, the searching and buying process with Carlos was like having your own family member on your side every step of the way. No pressure at all and my Aunt liked his work for us so much she invited Carlos over for dinner! That’s saying a lot.

This is the worst real state company there is around. This company is absolutely unprofessional and had no ethic. They give you the run around they don’t respect agreements. And you better watch out they claim to sell properties that are rehabbed but everything is done Mickey Mouse and will brake on you. If I were you I would steer clear from this people. Doesn’t matter how much you like a property they’re not worth the headaches. Trust me I’m not talking out of anger. I’ve bought 3 homes in the last 2 years and dealt with 2 other real state companies like Remax and century 21. There’s no comparison in professionalism and the service they deliver. This real estate company VCA realty is Owned by a clown that is trying to sell homes, and stiff you he plays dirty. He uses so called «agents» that are just as sleezy as him. Good luck
