When Cesar Chavez blvd is saturated with so many barber shops why go to Vanegas? For starters, they’re open earlier than most so you can get that fresh taper before work, their prices are low and if you get around on the metro, they’re easily accessible on the 68 or the 770. Although I’ve always been satisfied with my haircut, I feel that the bald, chubby guy with glasses rushes to cut my hair. One thing that I think is really cool is the fact that he sponsors kids that are amature boxers and he even has pictures of them across his walls and a pair of autographed gloves hung near the entrance. Tip: get the older lady to cut your hair. She takes her time, will give you a discount if you’re just getting a clean up, and is really friendly and social.

Vanegas Barbershop very friendly, very Professional, reasonable pricing and great fades. I been going to this shop for years and Felix is my guy. He does awesome work. Keep up the good work.
