DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH HERE!!! (Sepulveda and Vanowen in Van Nuys) I filled up on gas yesterday and decided to use the car wash since it was convenient — there are now HORRIBLE scratches on both sides of the car. Chucky, their car wash guy, tried to deny the damage and their store clerk basically ignored me when I tried to complain (maybe he was scared since I was crying … Still not acceptable). There is IRREPARABLE DAMAGE to my car and I am devastated. Stay away.

I want to report that the cashier on woodman and Branford USA gasoline was so rude after I wait for 3 minutes and I left the money in the boot and she said wait she was doing some notes or something but I think she have to take care of the customers and then she can do wherever she want her name is Josefina Thursday October, 9 2014 around 5 pm

Unfortunately, this gas station just stopped accepting American Express, so they just lost our family’s business. I’m happy to spend a few more cents elsewhere so I can use my card that earns me cash back.
It’s too bad. It gets a little too busy at peak times and now there’s nothing left to keep me here. Time to start using my GasBuddy app again!

I’m all for cheap gas and this gas station is like any other location — super cheap gas! The lines were nonexistent compared to the once before Arco it used to be and it sure beats having to pay the debit card fee.
