What to say about this gas station in East Los? It’s convenient (even though at times it can be a pain to get to a pump), it’s definitely a lot cheaper than the other service stations nearby, they don’t charge you those stupid surcharges for using your ATM card, as well as your Credit card. (I never understood why most gas stations charge you to use your ATM card, knowing damn well it’s as good as cash?
I also love to support the local neighborhood, I don’t remember too much bout living there except for being a baby in those days (and being born there, but who wasn’t…huh, huh, huh?), but I keep coming back since it’s on my way to work.
One pet peeve is the nagging panhandling that goes on there almost 90% of the time I frequent it, but doesn’t stop me since panhandling is most common in all areas of Southern Cal. (sadly just about).
