Do not use this company.
If you have a delivery that absolutely needs to be there on time, look somewhere else. My catering delivery did not arrive at all. When I contacted the company, they claimed that I had canceled the delivery (I had not). Rather than provide a solution, the company proceeded to deflect blame to myself and their own dispatcher.
My event and reputation were seriously impacted; if these are important to you, DO NOT USE this company. I will be checking my CC statements to make sure I was not charged for their non-​service.
My Urban Runner, if you are reading this, I would love for you to explain to the Unilocal community how you failed to perform a basic food delivery.

Amazing service. I’ve used MyUrbanRunner a few times before — so I knew they would be the service to call for a special occasion. I planned 5 special deliveries during the week of my lover’s birthday. Each day of the week he had food, alcohol, sweet treats, balloons, and one day I had a piñata filled with his favorite candy delivered. Not only did they help me plan, they also handled the ordering and arrangement of all the goodies. They were helpful, prompt and did exactly as I instructed them. Greg is extremely thoughtful and had amazing suggestions. Thank you, MyUrbanRunner, for making this birthday week the best he’s ever had (at least until next year). You are my secret weapon and I will continue to be a valued customer.

This guy is an a-​hole! Probably delivers quickly because he drives like a maniac. Watched him drive from LA to Marina Del Rey. We had the same route. He tailgated and cut me off and then proceeded to do the same to every person possible along the way. Almost caused two accidents and acted like everybody else was to blame. He’s the reason people hate driving in this city!
