Just a update. Due to the redevelopment that USC has planned, most if not all the businesses within the Village is either closed or will be closed by May 26th, 2014. The Village will undergo massive redevelopment by the group that created the Grove and Americana in Glendale. So look for construction to begin next month and will be ongoing for at least a few years. Just avoid the Village until it is reopened.

U Need Intense Vo(Vietnamese martial arts) Especially Really Sketchy Individuals Trail You Very Icky Lacks Landscaping Aesthetically Gross Environment Kids at USC just call this place The UV for short. There’s a Superior Market for grocery. Dollar Day for household items and school supplies. There’s a theatre that charges like $ 6 for a movie ticket but there are holes in some of the movie screens, have fun! There’s also 21 choices and a Starbucks that’s always packed with students. The Food Court is nice enough for a quick lunch of international cuisine including KKBQ, Mongolian BBQ, Japanese food, Chinese Food, healthy sandwiches and Mexican dishes. Not the nicest plaza but it has made do for over 20 years. Renovation for a 5 star shopping area to commence in four years. Stay tune!

I’ve never even been to this place and I hate it. I just receive a fraudulent charge of $ 183 on my debit card from someone who decided to create a dupe of my card and go to this place and use my money!!! Shows us that some of these stores don’t ask for ID!!!

It’s true that this place is a little old and run-down, but it’s got a few good places and the Superior market is very much a market for the community. It doesn’t fit the upscale side of what USC students are looking for, but it’s still solid. Love the Superior and the Starbucks. A few of the food options are good, and it’s nice to have a cheap theatre available. It’s A-OK.

Very convinient location for USC — park campus. It is minutes walk from campus and students can grab lunch or snacks here. It also has a theater, a bike shop, cafes, ice cream store, etc.
