I was approved by my insurance company to have a MRI on my left knee. I called and set a appointment for Saturday at 5:30. During the call the receptionist indicated that I was approved by the insurance company to MRI my left wrist. Well few months ago I broke my wrist and had surgery. On the approval it states lower extremity. She said it would be ok. I’m baffled. I showed up for the appointment and was turned away. No record of the appointment, wrong body part. Fantastic.
