I was so excited to go to this store but I was very disappointed. First of all they have an okay selection but their customer service could be better, actually I don’t think they could get any worse. I went with my sister and nephew and my sister bought a few things and at the cash register my sister gave my nephew her change in front of the person ringing us up. While walking into the parking lot an Asian woman who I’m assuming is the owner ran up to us asking if my nephew stole something because she saw him put something in his pocket. She felt totally stupid and embarrassed once she saw it was just the change my sister had given him, INFRONTOFHER, mind you and She just walked away without even a sorry. I felt like going back into the store and throwing the beads in her face but that’s not lady like lol, but they did lose a customer and I’ve told people to stay away from that store. No way am I going to give my money to people who make my family feel bad for doing nothing. Way better stores on Maple!

I’m a tad surprised by the reviews bc this was not what I expected at all. The store is very small and they don’t have much selection. I was looking for velvet ribbon and elastic, and they only have super skinny elastic and a couple of widths of velvet ribbon. The employees are all helpful, but they just don’t have the merchandise. While I was in there, two women walked in and said exactly what I was thinking out loud, «this is it? This? You don’t have more stuff?» And then they turned and beelined out. I wanted to make this a one stop shop but could only buy one piece of my project here. Sad :(

I drove by this place after battling the crazy crowd in the Flower Mart and its adjacent stores the entire Saturday morning. I noticed this place had its own parking lot for customers(woohoo! FREE parking for customers in this area? Score!) so I thought to turn in and check it out(since parking’s free, i had nothing to lose, even if i dont buy anything). Wow! GREATPRICES on ribbons, especially in comparison to the one-stop floral supply shops right inside of Flower Mart! Here are some price examples of things I bought from them: 1) 5/8″ grosgrain ribbons, 50 yards/roll, $ 3 (Michaels has similar ribbons at $ 3 but only 8 yards!) 2) 5/8″ satin ribbon, 100 yards/roll, $ 4.35 3) «Bling» ribbon, $ 2 per yard, or $ 11 for a 10 yard roll. Michaels has this also but for $ 12, you get 6 yards. The«big store» inside Flower Mart sells this for $ 4.95 a yard!!! Yikes! (see picture. Not sure what you call these but it’s those ‘bling bling’ ribbon you see florist put on vases etc, very popular nowadays. I only bought 2 yards — but now i wish i had gotten the whole roll! A girl can never have too much bling, right? :p I was in ribbon heaven when i saw their prices, especially left Flower Mart and still remember how much Flower Mart stores charged for ribbons! This store carries mostly ribbons and laces, and some other trimming and findings. It doesnt carry all the party or floral supply like other supply stores inside the Flower Mart but if you are looking for ribbons and the«bling» ribbon, come check them out.
