I called TM to schedule a cleaning because I kept seeing their ads. $ 50 gets you a house cleaning (see photo). Sounded like a great deal!
I called and the guy says it’s actually not $ 50, it’s cheaper at about $ 48… per hour. And they have a 2 hour minimum, so it would be about $ 96. It’s a $ 96 house cleaning, not a $ 50 house cleaning.
So I said, oh, I guess there was a misprint on your ads. The guy says they aren’t in charge of their ads and he has no idea what they say???
The $ 50 was completely 100% false and an arbitrary number. At least put per hour or a visible asterisk. Be honest and up front about the costs. Their advertising worked and I would have probably gone with them, but I feel duped.

I use them all the time when I need to get my house cleaned, take my clothes to the dry cleaners and pick up some food from the store. They always in time, reliable and fast. Highly recommended!!!
